Does Fortnite work on huawei mate 10?
Yes, I opted in for the beta and received the Fortnite installer in my emails from Epic Games about half an hour ago, however you can't install just yet, only Samsung devices can because of Epic Game's partnership with Samsung

Should be no issue when it's available. Device more than meets hardware requirements.
Yes, it does work, it appears on the epic games website and it says that the device is compatible to when you download the app, but it is not available yet for the moment
Has anyone tried modifying the APK? Wondering if it is a server side check or if it is just app verifying phones build fingerprint.

I got mine the first day it became available so pretty quick as far as I know
I joined the waiting list, got the email, downloaded the installer then the game (+ a couple of updates since), but when I launch the game it just tells me to "Get on the waiting list" again. When I click that it takes me back to the "sign up for email invite" again.
Any ideas ?
Cheers

Same here, there's a work around listed in their FAQ. Something like log out, close app and try again (several times) but it's not working for me.

microsoft swears they are working on it.
Just another reason I use android daily now on my hd2. Facebook on windows mobile really is only available via the internet explorer or opera, twitter seems to work quite well though

Just tested mine and it seems to be working here? Takes a while to update the status but definitely working.
The problems which I have been facing were as follows:
1. With the "previous" version (1.48.405.2?) of the official ROM, though I had checked the box "store password" I would have to re-enter username and pwd everytime I went to facebook via Sense shortcut. Very annoying
2. Lately, since the update to 3.14.405.2 I also can't update the status, the only status update I got was "Hobo2009 installed Facebook for Windows Phone"

Why botherwith whatsapp at this point when we have hangouts.... it includes all features of whatsapp and adds tablet and video calling. Plus you know it will be stock on the new android os

I wander if it does come with the update, Hopefully someone can check if they have it on 108 or provide the app for me, last resort is a factory reset

Not on mine at all I tried everywhere to find it even tried the honor forums everyone I find either won't install or found one which says its too old and auto deletes I assume they updated it for android 9 and no one has managed to extract it yet
How peculiar given it has an uninstall option, can't see it in the list of installed ones.

I don't think it will show in the play store as it's not a google app it's preinstalled with huawei in the original build from new, I have read a post in the p20 forum which says huawei told them to factory reset the phone which seems crazy considering it should be a straightforward apk file or available in their cr4ppy app store

They do but there just not very good I have an onkyo receiver and they just don't work with that and the UI is poor, I've used the huawei one before in my mate 9 and it worked and was very good. It's getting to the stage where I may factory reset as it's one of the main features I wanted but I just hate setting phones up it's so boring and the one thing they are so far behind apple for
It's on mine. Defaulted to the tools folder. At least I don't think I renamed that folder.
So did factory reset helped?
I'm in the same position and don't want to setup from scratch.
Is it possible that someone can extract the APK file?
I've tried the P20 Pro version but that one doesn't work.
Many thanks.

It's from build .187

Hi guys,
I really hope you guys can find a solution for this. The Computer Share feature under Huawei Share stopped working ever since I updated to EMUI 10.1, I also formatted my phone after the update.
After this, my PC refuses to connect to the device. I even googled for the solution but there aren't any. I even cleared the credentials but still it fails to connect.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.. thanks.

They just confirmed that is working ONLY with Huawei laptops (not all models!)! Shame! There are tons off apps which can do this. This is a rush to implement their own ecosystem, I guess, but without notifying users!

Yes. Previous attempt was while I had Google Play Services on my Mate 30 Pro which after 6-7 days stopped working. Then I've reset the phone back to stock and Huawei Share works great. I don't know if the GPS are the reason, but it's the single explanation.
