Hello all. I have recently purchased new SGS9+. One of my colleague has pur hased Samsung J8 the same day. I was amazed to see that J8 has Portrain Doily and Portrait Backdrop modes while I could not find the same on S9+. To the best of my knowledge, Samsung would not leave their flagship behind their budget sereis. Can anyone help me how to get Portrait Doily and Backdrop modes on SGS9+.
Thanks..
I think you can use the Photo editor in the gallery to get those effects

as you know, the s6 edge + is here. its just like the s6 edge but bigger. theres a new cool feature to the edge - another line that is app launcher.
but the coolest and most important upgrade is the camera new feature - shutter speed!
my question is.. is it possible to port this feature to s6 edge? or is it ONLY depends on hardware capability?
i mean does this feature on the s6E+ only because of the hardware camera? or is it only a software addon?
and the new youtube streaming straight from the app
I only hope the new camera functions shutter speed and broadcast are going to the normal edge.i did gave 850€ for the phone on the first day. So I think we deserve, our phone is quite capable of that. I will be very pissed if I have a high end phone and don't get simple functions like those ones.
Is there any way to install a Samsung camera APK from a recent Samsung phone, such as the Note5, Note 8, S7, or S8?
I like my V30, but I miss some features from the Samsung camera app, specifically the picture-in-picture mode for recording photos/videos with both the front-facing and rear cameras.
The V30's camera app has the ability to record both cameras side by side, but I'm looking for some way to have PIP.
If it's not possible to use a Samsung camera APK, can anybody recommend a third-party camera app that would allow PIP?
Samsung remove PiP in the latest camera apps, the last phone to have it it was the Note 8 but will be removed with the Pie update.
I recall the S5 doing a selfie and taking a pic and the selfie was resizable but they stopped supporting it.
Hi there!
After scouring the internet for days I've finally found a working and stable google camera port for the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016), the model that I'm using is the SM-A510F and I thought it would be cool to share it with you, here's the download link: https://www.apkmirror.com/wp-content/themes/APKMirror/download.php?id=129409
Now there are a couple of things that didn't seem to work for me:
1. The panorama mode didn't seem to work for me.
2. The photo sphere mode didn't seem to work for me.
What does work?
1. The portrait mode (blur effect).
2. Video recording does work!, you have to go into the camera settings and change the video resolution to 720p in order for it to work.
3. Taking normal pictures with the front and back camera.

Hi!
Some days ago I upgraded my S10+ with the latest firmware.
Aftert it when I use the switch beetween different views (ultawide, normal, 2x) the dissolve is like a zoom... I liked when it was "normal" switch without zoom.
It is not a problem in photo mode but when I made a video I think so it is confusing because the zoom is not smooth...
I found the previous version of the camera app but the phone doesn't want to install due to I have newer version.... (
So my question: How can I get back the original camera function?
(To be honest this is the reason why I am not changed my phone to S20... I know it is not S20 topic but if you have solution for S20 to use the camera on this way I would be very happy! )
Please help me! Thanks in advance.
Just wondering, do the s7 & s7 plus suffer from the same crooked/slanted/wavy scrolling issue when using the tablet in PORTRAIT mode and scrolling text heavy Web pages as the previous tab Ss do?
Really wanna buy one of these, but as I use my tablets mostly in portrait mode the terrible wavy/slanted scrolling that appears on text heavy Web pages on the previous tab S6 s5 s4 etc has stopped me buying one...want to upgrade from the ipad Pro 10.5 2017 which doesn't have this issue in portrait mode...
Cheers if someone could check this for me if they have a s7 or s7 plus.
