Consalud APP works well with Bluestacks, but with Blissrom, it does not load

Dear Sirs,
We are evaluating BlissROM version 11.10, with Android 9 Pie (in the rankings they appear in the first places), in our Kiosk, with Intel Core i5 MicroPC, RAM 8 Gb., SSD 128 Gb.
We need to load and operate with the Consalud APP application, which works well with the Bluestacks Android emulator, but with Blissrom, it does not load, displaying error message "Consalud App cannot be used on devices with development options activated".
With the developer mode activated (Settings / SWystem / Developer options / On), we have tried configuring each parameter with its value alternatives, and we have also deactivated the developer mode (Settings / SWystem / Developer options / Off), and the Consalud APP deploys The same error message.
We have tested versions 11.4 and 11.10 of BlissROM, with the same result.
In Google Drive I have a folder for share pictures and Consalud APK.
I request your help to diagnose and solve this problem.
Thank you very much in advance.

[Guide] Remove Ads

Because i live in the EU ads only show up limited. But don't worry, here is a way to disable all ads on MiU no matter where you live.
Ads never should be integrated in a system software, that's up to the consumer and not a decision from the company/brand.
So here is a small tutorial to make the choice for yourself, no root needed.
First we're going to disable MSA (MSA stands for “MIUI System Ads")
Go to: Settings > Passwords & Security > Authorization & Revocation
Disable "msa", sometimes you have to wait a few seconds before disable it, or even re-try again. This can take a minute.
Next > Go back (In Authorization & Revocation) > And go to Privacy > Ad Services And disable "Personalized as recommendations"
MiU:
Folders: Hold the name of the folder, the same if you want to change the name of the folder. Disable the "Promoted apps" below to remove ads. Unfortunately this process has to repeated on every folder you use.
(Note: EU versions doesn't have ads in system software)
Themes: Personalized (Bottom right) > Settings > Disable "Show ads" & "Personalized recommendations"
Google Store: Install a app (doesn't matter what) after installing it switch to another screen (scanning) > Settings (Right above corner) > Disable "Receive recommendations"
Next up are the MiU Apps:
Security App: Settings (Right above startup screen) > Disable "Recieve recommendations"
Mi Music: Settings (Left above startup screen) > Advanced Settings > Scroll down > Disable "Show ads" You can also Disable "Online Content services" as well.
MiBrowser: Personalized (Bottom right) > Settings (Right above corner) > Scroll down > Other > Advanced > Disable "show ads"
Mi Video: Settings (Right above startup screen) > Disable "Personalized recommendations"
Downloads: Settings (Right above startup screen) > Disable "Show recommended content"
Cleaner: Settings (Right above startup screen) > Disable "Show recommended content"
Hope this helps, enjoy a adsfree Poco X3 experience
:good:
Note for Moderator: forgot to add [Guide] in the title.
You can also remove MSA package entirely https://forum.xda-developers.com/xi...uide-uninstall-poco-x3-nfc-bloatware-t4169497
pm uninstall --user 0 com.miui.msa.global
Thanks for this information sir.
ty it even helps to decrase activity of some shaddy xiaomi proces like sdkconfig.ad.intl.xiaomi.com or tracking.intl.miui.com
Download the app Hidden Settings for MIUI and do as you see in the screenshots , there will be no ads.

Sure there are a lot of apps/dns options or vpn's out there that can solve against ads. Don't het me wrong i use surfshark on top of everything for my own.
Even removing them like the option bacitoto gave. But in my guide is a way without using any tools and removing them in the core, non root without using the need or to be depended for other apps for resolving this issue.
Poco x3 is just a few weeks old, i'm trying to still have my warranty valid.
Try the very usefull application manager - ADB AppControl.
This tool will allow you to disable unnecessary apps (and bloatware ads). Just use it wisely.
Settings to type DNS - private DNS to fill in dns.adguard.com or Blokada or Adguard applications. Beautiful lock
Does MIUI in xiaomi.EU ROM have this enabled too?

Yes even on all MUI 12.0 devices, although POCO is currently the only one so far with ads showing.

I'm not able to find an app "Folders". There is a "File Manager" app, but it doesn't not have the "Promoted apps" setting. Am I looking in the right place?

Folders meaning group of apps on home screens, you have to open that group and press hold group aka folder name, maybe it is not available on every rom.
If you let xiaomi run updates when setting up phone, new version mi video does not have indeed but it does not mean it is turned off.
Also when setting up xiaomi phone it is better without connecting to net
very useful thread , I am glad I bumped into it

Diagnostics Apk.

Macrodroid can't stop services that run under the app (without UI Interaction)?

I got the following phone:
Moto G Pure | 2021 | 2-Day battery | Unlocked | Made for US by Motorola | 3/32GB | 13MP Camera | Deep Indigo
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09BTB5MKT/
The phone charger port is usb c. It has an Android 11 installed.
I followed the guide on reddit titled “Found a way to disable OTA Updates on Android 11 Motorolas.”
https://www.reddit.com/r/MotoG/comments/zk4m5b
The last step mentions that:
“Now, reboot the device.
Here's the caveat of this approach - We can disable run in background permissions, but cannot control the BOOT_COMPLETED intent. This means the two apps still auto-start on each boot after receiving the boot complete signal.
Workaround you need to do on every reboot of the device:
Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced -> Developer Options -> Running Services
Select Software Update. You'll see two processes: OTA Service, and FOTA Controller. Hit stop on both of them, one by one. The Android system will then kill both processes. Due to the RUN_IN_BACKGROUND deny restriction, the Software Update app will stay down until the next reboot as Android will not allow it to restart.
Your Running Services screen should now look like this:
https://imgur.com/IYL7afr
“
I'm trying this template and adapt it to Motorola services: https://www.macrodroidlink.com/macrostore?id=3311
So the two are:
com.motorola.ccc.ota
com.motorola.android.fota
That’s probably the two that I need to manually stop under running services each reboot.
I loop through an array variable to execute this template for each one. This is my list:
com.motorola.ccc.ota
com.motorola.android.fota
com.motorola.ccc
After it stops all 3 (I think some overlap or the same thing)
The screenshot is what I see when I still see Motorola Software Update under running services:
https://ibb.co/58zKnC8
But only when I click manually stop for OtaService and FotaController that’s when Motorola Software Update disappears from running services. So I don’t think the technique provided in the template is stopping/killing these services that run under this hosting app for these services that’s why I'm asking if there is another way to kill/stop services inside the app - Maybe need to obtain the full name of package name + path to service somehow and/or use alternative ways?
