Is it just me, or is xda experiencing issues? When I go to the development forum, it shows less than 12 threads. The ROMS forum shows two threads, yet at the bottom of the page, where it lists the most active threads, it shows ones not shown (some I know *were* here because I had used them). I've disabled all my extensions, etc. Is anyone else having a problem?

Sorry, I know this probably belongs in the development forum, but I don't have enough posts under my belt. Thought about putting up dummy posts somewhere, but I thought that might be frowned upon.
I'm running unNamed 1.3.0. Is there a mod out there to have call log entries from the same people grouped together? Like if there are several consecutive calls to and from the same person, it would show up as one entry, with the detailed history if you select the grouped item. I think Froyo did this (Atrix and Thrill). I've seen a lot of people ask this question for different devices but not for the GS2, plus having a custom rom (I did search the unnamed dev thread, but I'm not about to go read all 168 pages of that thread; I read about twenty).
I know there are apps out there for my issues but I'd like to avoid that if possible. If that's being too picky, feel free to let me know. Is something like Dialer One the way to go?
Thanks for reading!
call log shortcut
if anyone is interested, there's an app in the Market called Call Log Shortcut. It is exactly what it's called. For some reason I had trouble finding a way to get a call log shortcut. Didn't look in the most obvious place because I'm a moron. I think Froyo had it (or at least the Atrix and Thrill did) but it's not on the GS2.
Free and no shady permissions.

I've noticed a couple of issues that have arisen since root has been achieved (for which I am eternally grateful).
Would it be worthwhile listing them all in a single thread in the general forum so that newbies like myself can report/respond to them - and hopefully resolve them.
My issue is with the system status in settings which just force closes on me since rooting my device, I noticed at least one other person affected (Swflyer I believe)
Does anyone know of a fix for this ?
I'll add mine.
Settings > About tablet > Status - force close.
How about posting all these type of questions in the development section?
Because I'm not allowed to and neither is any other new member with less than ten posts - we can't even respond to posts in the dev section !! - hence the proposal for a thread in the general section
This probably would be the best place for this thread, seeming as how it is quite clearly a Q/A thread.
The only issue I have run into is the PS store just closes after opening (no force close pop up.. just shuts it).
Haven't really tried checking further into it though.
Plus I'd be lying if i said I hadn't done anything more than just root the device
Not sure which rule I prefer to break - I tried to post this in the XDA forum as it isn't a phone topic but got told questions there break forum rules . and to post Q's here...
I wanted to look at the 1% Battery mod I have seen mentioned in a number of posts. If I type in '1% battery' in the Search for all threads at the top of page, & click for Titles Only, I get a listing of threads across the boards that have 1% battery in the title. As expected.
If I do exactly the same thing in the forum for S3 Themes and Apps, or even for Samsung S3 parent forum, the software removes the % sign and searches for '1 battery' which is less than useful given how many threads have '1' in the title. This happens even if I enclose it in " " which normally tells Search engines to look for exact text.
Strange... I'd have thought the same search engine would be used for all searches.
Hello,
after having asked the same question in the "XDA Assist" section, I've been redirected here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=62255293&postcount=2) so I just rewrite my question here, straight and simple: I want to file bug reports in threads, but it looks to me that the "Bug reports" section of any post just doesn't work, and the browser only shows header, footer and commercial banners of XDA Forum (Firefox and Internet Explorer, while Chrome adds a white empty rectangle where the content of the page is supposed to be found).
As I wrote, any post shows the same behaviour to me, but you can try for example this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/?id=10149
Has anyone else this problem too? What am I mistaking?
Cheers,
Michele
First, I hope this question does not violate any rules regarding outside websites. If so, feel free to remove.
In my recent search for a Rom, I stumbled across this site. I see available downloads, but they do not seem to match thier listings. I'm wondering how trust-worthy they are. I don't see any md5 files for download verification. But if they are, on the up & up; they could be a valuable resource.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in avance for your opinions.
