It was the thread for this pixel experience rom..admin closed bcs devs didnt give any permission for share. So dont share any link.
I won't share a link but can advise check out Note 4X Download telegram group.
ROM really is great. Hope Dev will keep it going.

True. But is there anything wrong with providing a link to the dev's Developer Profile page? Otherwise, why would the page be public on the internet? Anyone can search for "Adesh15" on Google, and his Developer Profile page on AndroidFileHost will appear near the top of the search results.

Of course it is public but still xda have own rules,
this is a statement from moderator on that closed thread:
( "Permission was not obtained to create a thread linking back to the original developer. You must obtain permission first if it has not yet been given to anyone else.

So i think its better not to share link, but still we can discuss about rom here without closing the thread.

The rom has been shared multiple times in the K20 Pro group in telegram and I do not take any credit off of this work.
I believe you should ask @UtsavTheGreat for his permission first. This hasn't been posted here (yet) for a reason. He even asked to close his kernel thread here recently.
