I have a Sero 7 pro that I rarely use.
What is the most stable OS and ROM for it today? I'm not very informed on Android stuff and not really sure what I should update or exactly how.
Recommendations??
Really only one answer..

You want answers about a Streak 7 you are probably better off being in a forum specific to that device. As far as trolling, Wikipedia says that a troll is "In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community..."
Emphasis mine. I will stop feeding the troll now.
You're not gonna get much on the streak 5 forum as many of us dont even own streak 7's
You'll recieve just as much if you asked what's the best rom for a xoom or for a htc sensation here
Hi,
I've looked around the forums and haven't found an answer to that. I'm a complete noob concerning Android phones, so sorry if my question is silly (or already has an answer somewhere).
It's quite simple : I wanna buy a Huawei Boulder 8350 for my girlfriend. It's got almost the perfect offer for her as it seems to be very good for its price tag.
I just wanna know : is it possible to install newer Android versions on it ? It is advertised as a Froyo 2.2 phone, but it would be cool to put Gingerbread or even a newer droid version on it.
If yes, is it doable via a simple update on the phone or does it have to be "hacked" or something ?
Thank you very much.
Please ? Anyone ?

Hello nitwo,
For the moment, there is no new version of Android for this cell.
Some people have noticed that the u8350 is sold under the name of "Express from Sprint" with a gingerbread 2.3 version. But sprint is using CDMA and in europe we're using GSM. Maybe a port is possible.
Also, officialy there is no Android 2.3 for this cell, and some websites are reporting that we're never going to see an official 2.3.
Maybe, we're going to have a 2.3 version, but not officially. But, we need to wait for the community ...
Btw, for 45euros in france (with Bouygue cash back), this is a pretty nice phone.
Any news ?
Hello guys,
This is a dumb question, and i know many people will say a lot of things... but
Is possible to install Windows Phone in Dell Venue ?
I know many will say, for what i want to do that if there is a Venue Pro...
For what i want to do that to an android phone if it's best OS than Wphone7
etc,etc
Its just a doubt... i had a venue pro in past, but it was bulky, now i got a venue, and liked me so much, except for the android...
i know many other will say im sick to want to do that, lol.. but as i said, its just a dumb question... of course if the answer is yes, next step i will find how to do that...
thanks btw..
No.
Btw, it's a bad choice to buy this phone right now.
Friend of mine has asked me to try and get and android OS running on their iPhone 5. I previously didn't even think this was possible, but after looking around it looks like it is if you use something called iDroid.
They have 7.0.6 and I wondered is this possible, have you guys ever done this, and if so how hard is it?
Hi,
Looking for a bit of advice. Wanna give my old i5500 to my mother cos she's been looking at smart phones but is still a bit tentative about making the move over from her old nokia brick
Phones currently rooted and running cm 7 but was wondering if anyones come across a simple rom out there that'll give her a basic smartphone setup to start with or even a few app that mite be useful either.
