Customisable sports (running) screens - Amazfit

Hi all,
I read with interest the threads about updated ROMs and custom watch-faces, but I do not see anything similar for the sport screens?
Currently, for running I have the choice between 4 fields and 6 fields. I find these really difficult to read whilst running.
Much better to have a single field, or a couple of fields and the ability to scroll between them?
I have found if you disable enough of the stats, the screen will display 3 fields. I have this set to time, distance and pace but even then, time *must* be the first field on the screen regardless of it's position set via the app.
Would there be any possibility to design custom screens for the sports pages?

If you choose your sport activity and start it, there's an option to swipe left right, to see just one field. At least in New 2.0 and above update

Select in the activity settings a "real time stats" like pace, hr or speed. It will appear as a single field page after starting an activity.

[Q] How to increase frequency of input events?

Hello!
I've started toying around with android app development and decided to code a drawing app that can use a stylus (I have a galaxy note 3). First thing I did was to implement a naive drawing machanism. What I do is I create lines from the motion events that I get, including the event history (getHistory*() funcions), expand them to rectangles and render lines with varying widths according to the pressure with the help of a fragment shader and a framebuffer. I've noticed that when using other drawing software (Sketchbook for Galaxy, S Note), I get smoother curves. By which I don't mean the anti-aliasing, but a higher amount of "key points". First thing that came to mind was that those programs interpolate the events to generate smoother lines - the points appear to be about 2x as dense. But then again, it's possible that they somehow get more input events because the processing is faster.
I don't have much experience with android, so I thought I might ask around if it was possible to increase the amount of input events that I get, and if it is, how? Or does the amount of events depend on processing time or do they just land in the history if the process was busy?
Here's what lines in Sketchbook and my code look like:

Material Design is the new design guideline by Google. Android (including Wear) is using it from version L and up, here's a watch face to go with it!
All colors are fully customizable right from the watch, just long press the watchface, click the small gear icon at the bottom of the screen and you'll be able to customize the watch face as you wish.
Feedback is welcome and appreciated, I will try to respond quickly.
Troubleshooting:
Sometimes it takes a little while to install new watch faces over a slow Bluetooth connection. Wait at least a few minutes after installing on phone, by then watch face should be installed on the watch as well. Try reinstalling or re-syncing all apps to the watch if it still fails. This unfortunately affects all third party watch faces on Android Wear.
As always, source code is available: https://github.com/FruitieX/materialwatch

I'm still planning color presets and possibly a phone version of the color picker for immediate feedback in a future update.

How to hide the "Full screen display" bar on EMUI 8

I'm writing this as a guide for my future self (and for the people who find nothing when searching).
If you're like me, you're happy with your Huawei experience (except for them nerfing the bootloader unlock thing), but one thing I hate is this bar.

When it shows up, I usually click it, then click OK, and the game or app I'm using becomes full-screen most of the time. It doesn't really bite me until I open an app like DuckTales Remastered, which doesn't work in full screen mode. This is when you notice that the bar can't be hidden or dismissed, and you will often touch it by accident, making the confirmation dialogue pause the app and break your immersion, or worse, the app restarts in full screen and you lose all your progress.
If you have this problem, download hide full screen by huawei by kaipochi, and open it. Permit it to draw over apps, and you will have a bar display over the full screen bar. You click the number to cycle through three sizes depending on your phone, you can click the bookmark to change the size settings and create shortcuts that open the app with the bar, and click the X to close it.
Hope this helps EMUI 8 users!

Amazfit GTS double recording activity on workout and regular walking

Every time I choose a specific work out mode like treadmill, the Amazfit app counts the distance and calories burned from the workout and the normal walking.
The blue boxes (normal walking) are recorded during the same time as the red box (workout)
Is this normal? I'm getting inaccurate results because of this.

I’m having this issue as well.
With my mi bands, I start the activity within the app, and I can see it in the wristband, same activity, not overlapping.
With my new GTS, if I initiate the activity in the app, the activity will not show in the watch, which is frustrating because the simple mi band does it. And if you start the activity in the watch, it’s not showing in the phone app until you finish. Doing both, you’ll have the activity doubled.
Is that the normal behaviour? That’s quite disappointing that the mi band works better than the watch. Even I prefer just using the phone gps than the watch (the phone is more accurate). I bought the watch to have a bigger screen, and it actually is less functional than the band ?

A phone can’t be customized is like a shirt bought 10 years ago. Every time when you wear it, the un-comfortableness, the out of fashion feeling hunt you. Luckily, nowadays we can customize not only phone but also watch face.
1. Make sure the watch 2 is connected to your phone. Then open HUAWEI health app and go to device. From there you need to find the Magic watch 2 that you want to change the watch face. Click that.
2. On next page, click more beside watch face section. Then click “Mine” and Gallery.
3. On next page, you can change the background. Simply click the “+” icon to select the images you want to apply from phone gallery. You can decide the style and layout as you want.
Note: if there are more than 1 watch wallpaper in gallery, then all of them take turn to appear on the screen.
