Stratos corrupted system/data partition - manual fix - Amazfit

Heya,
as it happened to some, after some "unknown" or "weird" reason, their watch got stuck on Amazfit's logo, with no ability to make it boot, the following zip will allow you to restore your watch.
*** possible on bootloader unlocked devices ONLY ***
Thanks goes to:
@Neuer_User - for all his stuff for Amazfit devices
@Saratoga79 - for tips and tricks and mental pips
preqs:
1. a stuck Stratos with unlocked bootloader.
2. some 50% of battery.
3. patience.
4. this zip file - https://mega.nz/#!7Zt3yYCC!j5h00vjZWIcgRz8w4uxkzeJpuR5gsR6STzkcqVOtKos
steps:
1. in order to boot Stratos devices into fastboot manually, you need to press the power button - WHILE ITS CONNECTED TO YOUR PC VIA THE CHARGER - until watch rebooted, keep holding it, as soon as the screen lit, start counting to 7 ~ 9 in a fast pace - for me it works on 8. as you'll reach 7 ~ 9, release the button, and you will see a selection: 1 power press for fastboot and double for deepflash.
DO NOT GO FOR DEEPFLASH , PRESS ONCE !!!
2. the watch should be in fastboot, and connected to your pc.
3. run the flash.stock.wipe.fastboot.sdcard.flash.bat from the unzipped folder of the archive.
4. drivers will be installed, continue with their installation, and let the bat file do the job.
*** everything will be deleted and wiped from the watch ***

Would this work for Statos 3 ?

wrong rooted xperia s

a few days ago I tried to root my xperia S to get more functionality. So i read on the internet on several blogs and started to download a rom. First i unlocked my phone with fastboot.exe. Then i try to boot via Command prompt. It says everinthing was okay in about 120 secs, but when i disconnect and tried to start my phone, i only got the sony logo and that was freezed. Even if i reboot, it cames again. I've tried some other ftf files to flash, but nothing worked. Now my battery is empty, and i don't get the phone back in fastboot mode.
Anyone have tips for me? Im very new in it so please help me...

For now, charge your battery first. U atleast need to have 80% charge before u can fastboot/flash your phone.
- (Only If Your Phone Doesnt Start) Press Power Button+Volume Up for some 10/15 seconds, u will get three vibrations which mean u just hard reset the phone. It normally takes about 2/3 minutes to boot up a phone after a new flash or kernel has been installed. If not then follow the the below instructions after the hard reset and see if it works.
- Assuming that you have already got the downloaded ftf (Firmware file) saved in the FIRMWARE folder of flashtool, if not then save it.
- Open up your flashtool.
- Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN key.
- Keep it pressed, connect the USB cable to your PC (assuming that u already have the usb connected to the phone)
- Release the Volume Down key when phone's GREEN LED lights
- Click the flash button (yes: the thunder icon up left)
- Select "Flahsmode" and click "OK"
- Select your desire firmware and click "OK", DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE
- Flashtool will prepare the files for flashing, just be patient
- Flashtool will start flashing automatically, let it finish to 100%
- At the end, Flashtool will prompt a line saying u need to check Unknown Sources And USB Debugging mode and thats when u know that u have successfully flashed a stock/custom ROM.
- Disconnect the phone, power up and give it some minute to boot up and work.
- Have fun :highfive:
HOW TO ROOT:
Depending on the Firmware/ROM the rooting method varies, i use Advanced Kernel Build14 on my new stock ICS firmware but always used DoomKernelv0.4+Recovery to Root Stock GB firmwares
You Can Download Any One Of them:
- AdvancedKernel14(Fastboot) For ICS
- DoomKernels(Fastboot+Recovery) Thread
How to Fastboot and just Root without Recovery and back to STOCK KERNEL:
First of all i will advice you to do this if ONLY you are planning to root your phone but want to come back on your stock kernel. Its a good thing to do if you have just flashed a new firmware like 6.0.A.2.45
Here's what you do:
[ requirements ]
# bootloader of the device is UNLOCKED
# Download and install FASTBOOT DRIVERS (DoomLord)
# Downlaod and Unzip FASTBOOT BINARIES
- Unplugged your USB from pc and Turn Off your phone
- Rename Advanced Kernel Build 14 to kernel.elf or unzip DoomlordKernelv0.4, unzip it and copy kernel.elf
- Open Fastboot Binaries folder
- Go To Fastboot folder, paste the kernel.elf file
- Press and hold VOLUME UP key.
- Keep it pressed and connect your phone and pc through USB.
- BLUE LED light will turn on means you are in fastboot mode, release the key.
- Fastboot folder opened, press SHIFT+RIGHT MOUSE button on the screen and choose Open Command Window here.
- Type
fastboot devices
Click to collapse
to check if your phone is connected properly and if it is, something like PSDN : xxxxx will be shown.
- Type
fastboot flash boot kernel.elf
Click to collapse
- Give it some seconds as it will load the kernel on the phone.
- Type
fastboot reboot
Click to collapse
and your phone will restart. Give it some minute and it will boot up plus you will have root access :highfive:
ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK ON STOCK KERNEL WITH ROOT ACCESS:
- Assuming you have 7zip installed in your system, if not then google, download and install the programme.
- Right click on the ftf (firmware) file.
- Choose 7zip > Open Archive
- Click kernel.sin > Extract and save it anywhere in your PC
- Connect your phone through USB (You Can do it even if your phone is ON)
- Click the THUNDER ICON.
- Choose FASTBOOT. Choose OK.
- Click Reboot into fastboot mode (via ADB) if it gives error on flashtool then click REBOOT INTO FASTBOOT MODE ( via FASTBOOT)
- The Phone will turn off and will automatically go into fastboot mode ( BLUE LED )
- Click SELECT KERNEL TO FLASH
- Choose kernel.sin
- Give the kernel some seconds to flash and the phone will restart.
- You will see the SONY logo again if you have done it correctly ( YES YOU WILL because you just successfully flashed the stock kernel)
- Wait for some minute and the phone will reboot with stock kernel still with root access to it.
ALTERNATIVE WAY TO FLASH THE kernel.sin :
- Copy and paste the kernel.sin file over at the fastboot folder in fastboot binaries. Delete the kernel.elf
- Type fastboot devices
- Type fastboot flash boot kernel.sin
- Type fastboot reboot
:highfive: :highfive:
Follow the above steps and you will definitely have a success
I dont think i can charge my battery. When i put it on a charger, the led is burning red. I've done that for a hole night. But if i disconnect, and try to power up, it doesnt react at all. When i connect it on my pc, the pc doesnt recognize it as a device, only the red led is burning. After a few time the sony logo appears. But stil no recognizing by pc, and still not 3 vibrates after trying a hard reset...
okay, after 3 weeks of waiting im back. I had brought de Xperia S to a telecom store to fix it, but they said that it was impossible for them. Now, i tried for my self again. There are some things to explain.
1 flashing a kernel(eg. kernel.sin) is possible.
2 then, i want to flash a the system partition
3 if i do that via the command prompt by this command it says it fails
4 if i do that by the flashtool by clicking on the thunder icon, then choose the flashmode, and choose the version to load, it's unpackage some files, but then it asks to put the phone into flashmode. If i do that by pushing the volume downbutton and then connect phone with PC, the green LED is burning, but the flashtool still asks to put into flashmode. So it does not start to flash at all, because the phone is not really in flashmode.
Anyone suggestions??
You say you unlocked your phone, do you mean unlocked the bootloader? If it's stuck at boot loop this is sometimes due to locked bootloader. Try to unlock again making sure it has correctly unlocked.
If your pc cannot detect your phone in flash mode, it may be that you don't have all the drivers installed. I don't understand 2.
All in all if your phone is in flashmode but it still says put phone into flash mode im going to presume the drivers aren't installed (or installed correctly).
Here is what I have done in a similar situation.
1, Hold the vol up and vol down buttons pressed at the same with your thumb the while holding the full button pressed, press down on the power button, you are now holding power button and volume +/- at the same time, maintain this pressure for a while, you will feel 1 vibration but keep pressing until you feel 3 vibrations then take your fingers off the power and the volume.
2, Press the vol down and insert your usb that is connected to the PC. you should get a green light, if not try # 1 again 2-3 times
3,Recharge it should only take an hour or two to get decent charge.
4, Start flashtool or PC companion. flash or update.
U should avoid unlocking ur device if u r a noob..and wait for devs to develop a method that roots the device widout hving to unlock bootloader like recentlyBin4ry has developed
Sent from my LT26i using xda premium
Finally, I found the solution by installing flashtool update 9.6.0. With that installed, my phone went into flashmode and it was flashed well. A new question: i installed a rooted version of the ICS firmware. But now it is now longer possible to install updates. Is that a known issue, and is there a solution?

Help, Tablet does not START....

Hey,
I got Polaroid S20EG tablet, a few minutes ago, I tried to install Lollipop firmware which should work as I think, that's not the issue.

2. boot your Oyds Iron and set storage mode to MTP and debugging to USB
3. run DriverInstall.exe
=========
4. run RKAndroidTool.exe with admin rights
5. press power button and volume up button and hold for 12 sec
6. release the power button
7. release volume up button 2 sec after "Found ..." is shown
8. select EraseIDB
9. select Run
10. Iron will boot into CWM
11. release a factory reset
12. go back, reboot system (do not fix su)
13. wait 4 min
Have fun!

Please, please any help would be appreciated.....
Problem: I used the wrong bootloader and now it doesn't turn on at all, I got backup of the original bootloader.. how I can flash it back? the device is not recognized anymore

How-To: Unbrick Dell Venue 8 7840

Full Disclaimer: All credit for this goes to @enzymeyllw, whose guide I followed. It looks like that guide has gone offline (and has been cloned on a few dozen shameless websites), so I thought I'd rewrite it for the sake of anyone else needing help. All of the files can be found around this site, and I'll do my best to update this later with links. But for now, I'll post the instructions. Additional thanks goes to @xBIGREDDx and @anggusss. Hard to imagine my device has been bricked for the last 9 months... (Also, kinda funny how I just posted this and it has already been ripped off on >3 other websites.)

- Run PFT, open "Dell_Venue_8_7840_Lollipop_5.0.2_qs_rd_opensource-blankphone-userdebug-1397.zip"
- Select "flash-DD0_BB.xml" and flash it
- Tablet will restart in bootloader, flashing isn't done yet, so wait
- Sometimes it can be hard to get the progress bar past 4% before things fail. Just keep trying if this happens, it'll randomly work.
2. Tethered Recovery ("IntelAndroid-FBRL-07-24-2015.7z")
- Unpack the system image (from "system.zip") to a convenient directory
- With tablet still in Bootloader mode, open app, select CWM mode, then T4
- Phone will restart in CWM once everything loads
3. Flash system
- Go to the mounts / format area, format "/system" and then unmount it
- Insert Micro SD card and mount it
- Format "/external_sd"
- On computer, type "adb push <path-to-system.img> /external_sd/", wait for it to finish
- When finished, type "adb shell" to enter the device shell (make sure the prompt is "~ #" to make sure you are root (or type "whoami" at the prompt to confirm root)
- (If not root, restart to bootloader and trigger the tethered recovery again. You should be root this time.)
- Type in "dd if=/external_sd/system.img of=/dev/block/by-name/system" and wait for it to finish
- When finished, type "exit" on your computer to close the shell
- Reboot the device (to bootloader)
4. Flash boot
- Back on the computer, type in "fastboot devices" to confirm the tablet is connected
- Type "fastboot flash boot <path-to-boot.img" in order to flash the boot
5. Reboot
- On the device, tell it to boot normally
- Wait. It's a first-boot so it's gonna be a bit slow as the cache is built and whatnot
6. Enjoy!
7. (Optional) Root using the Update-SU.zip using the tethered mode again.
I noticed that it won't take any updates so this leaves you vulnerable to the Stagefright bug. It also sometimes boots to the bootloader and waits to you to select normal boot. Sorry. (Anyone know how to help?)

Any news? I'm stuck at 5.0.2. I wonder if it's possible to port cyanogenmod.
Hey there! Super helpful tutorial and most helpful so far that I found! However, my tablet just goes black after I press Normal Boot and just stays that way. Also when performing ADB Shell (Mac) for some reason it stays in the shell for few seconds and goes back. Any ideas why that might be happening? On top of that I can only enter the shell command really quickly so I have no idea when it finishes copying system.img across... Any help would be appreciated!
Hi guys,
does this method flash the 7840 with a 5.0.2 image or with a 5.1 one?
Thanks
I tried and I can reply to myself: it restores a clean 5.0.2 image ...
EDIT: xposed framework work perfectly on 5.0.2 . I'm perfectly happy with it now
Guys, please disable Driver Signature before installing ANYTHING on your PC to mod, change or rescue your DELL 7840
Intels Platform Flash Tool wont flash ( ifwi error ), and tethered recovery wont upload through bootloader
took me a while to realise itself, even though i did it many many times, after not doing for couple of years, i almost forgott that you need to allow unsigned driver installatino before
have grait ****,
Iko
What if you can't boot into fastboot mode? When I try to boot into fastboot, the screen only shows a battery logo with a question mark inside. I saw that there's a fix for this problem on Intel processor devices like the Zenfone and Del Venue 8 3840 using xFSTK Downloader. But that requires dnx_PRQ.bin and droidboot.img.POS.bin, which I don't Dell ever released. Any solved this problem before?
Flash tool wont detect tablet
So i would love to try this out, im new to this whole thing and have the problem that the flashtool cant find my device
Any Tips ?
I'm unable to get further then 3%, at best. my tablet starts and shows USB icon, nothing more.
anybody has solved this ever ? has unbricked this model ? I have searched everywhere, not found any one person who solved this with usb ICON showing.
please help, if you know how to .
Intel Flashing
You need to use 'On Demand Flash" option from Intel Flash Tool. Start flashing from computer and continue on your device.
For Venue 7840
- Unplug
- Power off
- Press and hold both Volume keys
- Plug USB cable
- Release keys
It will start loading automatically
I've use Intel Flash Tool Lite 5.3.2

TUTORIAL: Ingenic Cloner tool - Amazfit PACE/Stratos/3/Verge deep flash tutorial

Heya all,
As we all seen and know, the PACE/Stratos/Verge(WIP*) devices have 2 flashing modes:
1. Fastboot - where we need an unlocked bootloader for the watch to be able to downgrade/upgrade/flash custom ROMs.
2. ForceErase - the 2nd option, that no one wants to go there, because is soooooo f#%@ing complicated to get out of there with the JZ4875 mode under the device manager....
a lot of times users wrote that they managed to re-flash their devices in that mode, they wrote some lines, but there was no actual step by step tutorial on how to do that.
Well, there is now.
First of all, THIS CAN KILL YOUR WATCH, FOR REAL, FOR GOOD.
I taking no responsibility on dead watches, failed flash routines, hungry kittens or bears stealing your crops. Following these steps is on your responsibility, read it 7 times before starting to do anything.
You will need:
1. an Amazfit Watch - PACE or Stratos, Verge and Stratos 3 - Verge and Stratos 3 been tested by @Saratoga79 - thanks a gazillion capara :highfive:
2. a Windows machine - there are tools for linux based OSs, will be added in 2nd post. If you're running on an x64 machine, have it booted with driver signature disabled - http://bfy.tw/McS7
3. Drivers installation ability - you will need to enforce drivers on your device - make sure you're up to that, and you know how to install drivers, if you don't know how, youtube around a little.
Files needed:
1. Cloner - latest Ingenic version 2.5 - AFH link | MEGA link
2. Preferably, stock rom of your watch - There are Stock rom threads by saratoga79 for our devices, you will need both Full pack and the OTA files as well, as they are posted on each version:
PACE roms - https://goo.gl/h57ompStratos roms - https://goo.gl/6JdBoUStratos 3 roms - https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/amazfit/fw-tool-stock-global-international-t4031153Verge roms - http://bit.ly/2M85nfyLet's dive in.
1. As stated before, if running an x86 machine, boot it normally. in case of an x64 one - this is probably what you have - boot your windows without drivers signature - this is mandatory.
2. Download the Cloner app from the links above, and extract it with your favorite zip manager. If using windows explorer, do not run the software directly from the zip file, extract it into an accessible folder, and run the app.

Go into the Config
under the INFO tab, make sure to select m200s on the platform and under the board, select M200s_lpddr2_android.cfg
in the Misc selection, do not change anything, make sure that Force Reset is selected.
Now .... remember the stock roms ?
You will need to extract from the stock rom installer the following files:
boot.img
recovery.img
system.img.gz -> this one needs to be extracted again into a much larger file -> system.img
From the OTA file, you need to extract the following file:
u-boot-with-spl-mbr-gpt.bin
Make sure to take the relevant OTA file, the one that OTAs to the rom version, for example:
you wish to flash 2.3.7.0, you will need to take the 2.3.7.0 stock rom and to take the 2.3.6.1->2.3.7.0 OTA file.
After extracting all files into one folder, switch to the Policy tab:
take a look at the green marked areas:
Make sure not to change anything, and load the file by pressing the 3 dots on the right of the row according to their field from the location from the folder you've extracted the rom files to.
should look like this:
After the correct file selection, press Save and Yes to save the current config.
Now .... to the tricky part - entering your watch into flashing mode by force, if you're not stuck in it in the first place:
PACE - place the watch in the charger while connected to your PC, press the power button until watch rebooted. As the screen lits up, count to 4~5 at a fast pace and release the button. If done at a proper timing, you should see this on the screen.Double press on the power button will enter your watch into the deep flash, and you will see absolutely nothing on the screen, and you'll get a new unknown device under the file manager.Stratos - place the watch in the charger while connected to your PC, press the power button until watch rebooted. As the screen lits up, count to 8~9 at a fast pace and release the button. If done at a proper timing, you should see this on the screen.Tripple press on the power button will enter your watch into the deep flash, and you will see absolutely nothing on the screen, and you'll get a new unknown device under the file manager.
Stratos 3 instructions - Again, thanks @Saratoga79 !
0. Watch turned on (showing Amazfit logo probably) and connected to PC
2. Press the top button until the watch turns off and keep pressing
3. When the screen turns on, release the button and press it immediately and keep pressing until the screen turns off and keep pressing
4. When screen turns on, count 4 Mississippis and release the button. If everything went fine, you may be in fastboot and ForceErase menu
5. Press 3 times the top button to enter into ForceErase mode
6. Install JZ4875 driver, setup de Tool same way is explained in the thread, and press Start
7. Press the top button in the watch until the tool stars flashing.
Now ... the device manager.
depends on your operating system, you might see this device:
or something named as JZ4875 device, or something new that wasn't there before. if not sure, post a screenshot of your device manager and we will guide you what and why.
the specific screenshot is autodetected by Windows 10 x64 - a manual installation of drivers is mandatory, the flashing drivers are in the cloner folder.
Follow this flow for driver installation, and when prompted to install the untrusted device, allow the installation.
So now we have a saved configuration and a device in the correct mood for flashing.
press the Start on the initial cloner screen:
At this point, with the PACE watch, you will have to press the power button for initiating the flash, on the Stratos device you will have to press the power button for some 5 seconds until it will start to work.
If not sure how long to hold the power button, press it and hold it until you'll see this screen:
The system flashing time might take a while, so have patience.
At the end of the process , the watch will reboot and should start normally.
Validate your SN number - if your watch is BL unlocked and you downgraded it, and now you're lacking SN, you will need to manually restore it via these instructions.
This will be updated with Verge related instructions as soon as i'll do this on a Verge.
Any questions or problems, post screenshots with your problems.
Thanks!
Wow, this could be very useful in emergency!
Will this relock bootloader ?
How can i just re lock bootloader via this without flashing fw?

Heya all,
As we all seen and know, the PACE/Stratos/Verge(WIP*) devices have 2 flashing modes:
1. an Amazfit Watch - PACE or Stratos, Verge currently under tests, do not attempt this process on Verge devices until this line removed.
2. a Windows machine - there are tools for linux based OSs, will be added in 2nd post.
PACE roms - https://goo.gl/h57ompStratos roms - https://goo.gl/6JdBoULet's dive in.
If done at a proper timing, you should see this on the screen.
Double press on the power button will enter your watch into the deep flash, and you will see absolutely nothing on the screen, and you'll get a new unknown device under the file manager.Stratos - place the watch in the charger while connected to your PC, press the power button until watch rebooted. As the screen lits up, count to 8~9 at a fast pace and release the button.
If done at a proper timing, you should see this on the screen.
Tripple press on the power button will enter your watch into the deep flash, and you will see absolutely nothing on the screen, and you'll get a new unknown device under the file manager.
Now ... the device manager.
depends on your operating system, you might see this device:
or something named as JZ4875 device, or something new that wasn't there before. if not sure, post a screenshot of your device manager and we will guide you what and why.
the specific screenshot is autodetected by Windows 10 x64 - a manual installation of drivers is mandatory, the flashing drivers are in the cloner folder.
Thanks!

Amazfit Pace A1612 is a PACE, and you're using images of a Stratos. are you trying to murder your watch?
Error Stratos
I tried the procedure and presented the errors of the photos
http://i63.tinypic.com/256tqxi.jpg
http://i64.tinypic.com/w1cqb9.jpg
Lets try this again. you have a PACE watch - 1612
You're trying to use a STRATOS ROM - 2.3.8.0 / 2.3.9.0
You cannot flash STRATOS ROM OVER A PACE WATCH
So I'm asking again - what are you trying to do?

Amazfit Pace A1612.
On watch is installed bad rom ... for Stratos.
Strange error, drivers are installed correctly, also watch is connected ok.
R.I.P Pace
Lads and lasses by mistake I have installed Stock rom (Saratoga's Stock_US_2.8.4.0_Firmware_Installer_Amazfit_Pace.zip) on Amazfit Stratos. Now the watch is working, but because the buttons and touch screen doesn't work (well one button is working, but it is like the back button) I cannot really use it. It is visible in PC (win10), in adb and fastboot. BUT I cannot reflashed it because bootloader is LOCKED, serial number is NULL and there is no ROOT. Please let me know, whether Cloner Tool could fix it? If so, should I treat the watch (during this procedure) as Pace, or Stratos (I am not asking about the rom, it is obvious that I have to use the Stratos files).

It should, your device is a Stratos so you *must* use Stratos firmware files.

Yes, this method is used to fix issues like yours, and as @lfom said, use Stratos Firmware files.
Stratos come back to life Even SN has appeared and bootloader is unlocked. Thank you all for help!
I was accidentally flash pace's rom into my stratos, but SN is still there, and I can get my stratos into fastboot mode.
When I try to follow this post, download stratos rom from here, this is what I got :
Code:

There is no u-boot-with-spl-mbr-gpt.bin in US rom.
And then, I download CN rom from http://bbs.huami.com, here is it :
Code:

I'm trying this way to save my bricked Stratos, now all 4 files are here, but there is another problem...
I had boot stratos into fastboot mode, and my PC (Windows7 32bit) shows stratos as ADB Testing Interface. (I attached screen shot with my post)
I did try to change its driver to drivers I download from #1 thread, however Windows7 told me :
The folder you specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for 32-bit system.
I can't install this cloner USB driver, any suggestions ?

Can we root "Samsung Galaxy A11" (model number: SM-A115F/DSN)?

Hi community.
I have SM-A115F/DSN (Galaxy A11) running Android-10.
Can I root it and, if so, how?
Maybe someone has already rooted the same device.
I am a beginner and I need a complete step-by-step method. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your answer. Yep, I have seen this site. I even left a comment there that instruction contains a broken link. You can use your mouse wheel (if using desktop) or swipe down (if using smartphone) to scroll down to see comments there. They fixed the issue, but they still have instructions that does not work. I apologize for mistrusting your link, but I am afraid to follow the incorrect instructions on this site. Since people say that this can lead to the fact that the phone stops working at all. No offense.

Hello mate. I have the SM-A115F. Here's my guide how to get ROOT with Magisk!!!!!!!!!!
I'm aware you that you will loose all your data on your phone because you need to unlock bootloader.
If you're assept with that prepare for root
BE CARE FULL I'M RUSSIAN AND WORK WITH RUSSIAN VERSION OF FIRMWARE, SOME STRINGS MAY BE DIFFERENT. I TRY MY BEST TO TRANSLATE 'EM CORRECTLY, BUT NEVERTHELESS!!!!!!
You must do it with follow steps:
a) Preparig^
You need to get this software:
1. ADB and Fastboot.
2. Odin.
3. Fresh firmware (I'd used SamFirm, also it's required to install Visual C++ Redist: 2008, 2012, 2015 (x86 & x64))
4. Magisk Manager (APK)
-----------------------------------------
First steps:
a) Make phone backup!
b) Remove all google accounts!!!!!!!!!
c) Enable Developer Settings menu: Settings -> About phone -> Build Number (click over that menu 8 times and enter your password)
d) Navigate to Developer Settings -> Enable OEM Unlock and also Enable ADB (Enable Debuging)
e) TURN OFF YOUR PHONE and then wait for 5 - 8 seconds.
----------------------------------------
Unlocking Bootloader:
a) Plug your ORIGINAL USB THAT COMES WITH BOX OF YOUR PHONE to PC and NOT TO PHONE.
b) When you'll be ready: Press and hold Volume + and Volume - buttons AND PLUG USB (still hold volumes butttons).
c) after 2 or 3 seconds you'll see a blue screen where 1st position log press Volume + for unlocking -> Make it so!
d) you had long press Volume +, now system ask a comfirmation Perss Power Button.
e) When you've done you'll get clean and not vergin android phone with unlocked bootloader!
f) Make a first setup of your phone. When you've done repeat unlocking of Developer Settings and check slider of OEM Unlock IT MUST BE GRAY if so you really had unlocked your phone. If not you're failed!
----------------------------------------
Get Root:
Required:
1. Odin
2. SamFirm and Visual C++ Redist: 2008, 2012, 2015 (x86 & x64)
3. ADB
4. 7-ZIp Archive manager
a) Start SamFirm. settings up application by typing: Model: "SM-A115F" and regian (in my case "SER" = Russia, all data not required a double quotes AND checkout that checkbox "Auto" is selected)
b) After presetin' begin of downloadin' and decrypting of fiemware (you'll get a archive)
c) In firmware archive we must find file with prefix "AP_".
d) Open it with 7-Zip
e) We must extract from there a file "boot.img.lz4"
f) Now We must pack that file into .tar archive. As result we'll get "boot.img.lz4.tar"
g) Install on your phone Magisk Manager and enable WiFi!!!!!!
h) Drop into Phone Memory -> Download folder your "boot.img.lz4.tar"
i) Open Magisk Manager -> Install Magisk -> Patch your kernel manualy -> navigate to your "boot.img.lz4.tar" file and select it!

BUT YOU CAN'T REMOVE OR MAKE ANY CHANGES WITH /system partiton, beacuse / is mounted as READ-ONLY!
No wiping during process
I already backed up everything but I don't want to wipe my storage. Losing data by accident is one thing but when it is part of the process I just can't do it.
So how do I root my a11 samsung galaxy without losing data and obviously bricking the device?
Feel free to email me.
I also don't have access to a pc currently but may buy one in the coming weeks.
---------- Post added at 05:22 AM ---------- Previous post was at 05:19 AM ----------
Bootloader wipes the storage for some reason. How do I prevent this and still root my device?
The thought of a wiped drive/phone almost triggers a panic attack even if everything that I want is backed up.
@Ulrika8
You don't need to unlock phone's boot-loader etc.pp in order to root its Android. Look inside here.
