Does anyone know how to turn off autofocus on the Mate 10?

You need to be on professional mode for manually set the focus just slide up the bar on top the trigger button

There is camera widget in which you can choose what camera modes to show, and by pressing you launch them instantly

Sensors overview - app / widget?

Hi, exists any application with quick review of phone sensors? S5 Sensors is too complex, I imagine somerhing very easy with pressure, altituce, temperature and ambient light on one screen, at best with simply widget. Any recommendations?

Just notice there is a hidden option to disable this.
Long press the home screen, then go to home screen setting, then untick it. Hope this can help

Far as regular cam? I don't think you can. Other 3rd party cams you can tho.
