You need only to wait a bit, don't worry
So if it is not released yet, why does it Show up in Play store ? And Play store give an installation error? ?

lol , everyone is a beta tester , even stock android is not fool proof , comes with minor bugs ,they claim miui 10 is stable when it comes out , pretty sure there would be bugs , thats why there are updates ?
Either download the last version of the apk manually, or become a play store beta tester.
Google both of them to find how. I would go with manual download.
I am using poco f1. Aps are not getting download from play store. Always showing download pending.

Dont you think that the screenshot posted by the developer is old enough and by now we should have got the update if its available or atleast some update about its development.The mi5 has started getting official builds but the popular redmi note 3 is still not getting one so either its not coming for rn 4 or its too early for us to talk about it

I found some better gsi on https://sourceforge.net/projects/nippongsi/files/
I tried the ErfanGsi didnt work out for me. I am running the pixel 4a S beta and its running decent now. Took a little bit of patience but its nice.

It took a little bit for me. But all you need is updated Google play services and then it should work just fine.
Off topic here but can anyone help me relock the bootloader of xt1941-3 USA unlocked version? I want it to be oem_locked not flashing_locked.

Thanks, I managed to force it through. I couldn't do it through recovery since MIUI recovery 5.0 doesn't have update option. So I did it through updater - choosing an installation package
I'm in the the UK and the update is waiting for me. Not too bothered about it tho as it's MIUI and that means for every bug fix means at least 2 new bugs.

I know what do you mean, I had same doubts. But it actually solved a lot of issues for me with images and messenger bubbles for example
Pixel 6 March update is out.
