Recording in stereo - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 / 5 Plus Questions & Answers

Hi!
How to use two microphones in a sound recording?
For Redmi Note 3 there was a patch for disabling noise reduction and turning the recording in stereo.
It contained the files "MTP_General_cal.acdb, MTP_Global_cal.acdb, e.t.c., which I replace on the redmi note 5.
I managed to get stereo, but it had a negative effect on recording voice messages in messengers.
Who can help me?

[Q] Solution for Audio Recording, need advice on Video Camcorder audio

When recording a song yesterday, my song ideas came out choppy.I was recording strictly wav audio and It almost sounded like there was a noise gate on the phone. After a while of digging through options, I found an option in Call settings> Additional Settings > noise reduction. When this option is selected, the phone turns on a noise gate that makes audio recordings sound terrible; However, when this option is turned off, Audio recordings sound great!! Unfortunately, this doesn't affect the audio quality when recording video, because most wav audio programs only use one microphone. So, I'm wondering....Seeing as how this phone records camcorder audio in stereo( one mic at the top and one at the bottom ), is it possible that these microphones are out of phase and thats why there is no bass in video recording? I'm assuming that the polarity on the top microphone is reversed to eliminate background noise during calls. Also, maybe there is a camcorder program where you can select which microphone to use. When I connected my Galaxy headphones( with the included Mic) the audio was redirected from the the two microphone to the headset microphone. Im thinking of making a TRRS to TRS adapter, which will connect only the microphone and see if that resolves the issue. I understand that I could just add an equalizer to the audio from video in iMovie, but I really enjoy experimenting with this problem. Furthermore, has anybody tried making an XLR to TRRS cable? I used one on my Samsung Vibrant years ago and it sounded great! any suggestions would be great!!! (To get to call settings, you have to click on the phone app, then left button to access)

Redmi Note 4 (3Gb Indian version) Audio Recording problem

Audio in video/sound recordings is bad. Tried various camera and sound recorder apps. Voice volume level keeps going up and down and some random noise appears in recording. Also tried to put tape on secondary mic and recording in portrait/landscape mode. Nothing helped.

Noise removal (audio quality) in video recording is bad?

I've seen a lot of reviews about the bad audio quality that uses a wrong noise cancellation in the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus when recording videos.
It was fixed with the latest MIUI 9 versions?? Tweaking some lines in build.prop can manage to fix it?

Stereo recording

Anyone tried to record sound in stereo with Galaxy A6+ ? On my previous Android, Note 4, I used to use Hi-Q to record sounds of nature (birds) and other life sounds. Always in stereo 44kh.
But now, even though Hi-Q says I'm recording in stereo, the recorded sound is mono. I've tried all options, and many recording apps, and the result is always monophonic recording. The sound quality is very good, no doubt about it, but it's not stereo.
I know it needs 2 mics to have stereo recording, but as far as I know, Galaxy phones like A6+ has them. So something 's not clear here.
Any help appreciated.

Audio recording quality

Hello, I've got my Poco, coming from Samsung Note 5. Have been loving many aspects, but I have tried audio recording (with Recforge app) and the audio is very distorted and with a lot of treble. Auto gain is not working also, apparently.
Any way to tune recording quality? Thanks
