Hey there,
I have the problem that the ski mode records no data or only a few seconds. Has the problem ever occurred to someone?
The clock has the latest firmware 2.3.5.0. A Factory Reset did not help.
Thanks!

I've searched high and low, and can't seem to find anyone with this same issue caused by flight mode. I'm having an issue with TWLauncher on my SGS2 running 4.0.3 (Optus official update in Australia).
I've had this rom installed since its release in early April 2012, and have only been having issues with the occasional MAPServiceSamsung crashing with the SMS app.
This arvo I flew interstate, and hence turned the phone into flight mode, and then turned it off. When I turned it back on in the plane, the phone refused to open into the home screen, as TWLauncher kept crashing.
Initially I thought it may have been a flight mode issue, and somehow I struck some luck and managed to turn off flight mode so I had HSPDA connectivity again. But this made no difference.
I did a soft reset, wiped the cache, took the battery out for 30mins, and ended up having to do a factory reset to get use of my phone again.
Being interstate I have a work laptop, which doesn't allow me to use Odin and hence flash any different firmwares on.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experience this, and/or whether anyone has any suggestions on how to fix/make sure it doesn't happen again? Could the TWLauncher error be linked to flight mode in some weird way (I only ask as the phone had never done this previously).
Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I am also running on the Australian stock version (XWLP8), but not having this issue.
Can you reproduce the issue?
Or is it now fixed after wiping cache partition and doing a factory reset?
If the issue is still existing, you can try to flash another firmware (first another kernel, and only if that does not help another ROM) ... or you should use an alternative launcher.
I will try and replicate it again in my flight home on Wednesday. Whilst I am away from home I will limp the phone around as stock as I can.
Thanks for the reply.
Ah! I had the same issue and it drove me crazy cos it would take ages for the phone to restore itself..
I was using a stock Indian ROM and I guess my issue too was repeated after I switched on the flight mode.. Tried all the resets and other workarounds but to no luck..
Just installed a custom ROM now and everything's back to normal..
You can google for some workaround on TwLauncher, but for me none worked..
Hi guys, my LG Optimus F5 does "crazy" randomly (e.g. enables nfc, opens up a widget for a video, adjusts brightness, switches on silent mode and enables flight mode). Have sent for servicing and tried factory reset, but the problem comes back.
Log cat is here: h ttp://pastebin.com/x60ijVKV (Could not upload the whole file due to space limitations)
Would appreciate it if someone could point me to the right direction in solving this. Have been uninstalling apps as well, to no avail.
Anyone? Thanks a lot!
Hello everybody,
since a few weeks i am facing problems which make my phone nearly unuseable. When i lock the screen, it will reboot or simply turn off in about 1-2 minutes.
I figured if i let the device play music with a music app like spotify, and lock the screen, it wont turn off or reboot. Since that i need to have headphones plugged in and play music 24/7 to keep the phone alive.
I tryed flashing a new kernel, new and old roms (CM and Paranoid), i cleared dalvik, cache and tryed factory resets, nothing works. No matter what the device is running, when in sleep, it will reboot or shut down.
Hopefully someone knows how to solve this problem, allthough i do not hope anyone else is facing this problems!
Best regards,
Philipp
hi all
I have the 3G Car Camera DVR (like that one http://junsun-china.com/junsun-3g-7quot-car-camera-dvr-p00032p1.html)
Worked fine till now.
The system (Android 5.0) start and stay on
“Android is starting. Optimizing app 1 of 1”
And after few minutes restart and do it again and again for hours.
i took out the SIM and the Memory card,
it didn't helped.
i don't have that option for factory reset when i access to recovery mode,
how can i do factory reset ?
or what else can I do ?
Thanks
I bought this phone monday. I live in Italy, so i have europe version.
Yesterday i noticed that sometimes, after i taken a photo, Camera app goes into force close immediately, but luckily photo are saved in Gallery and i can restart Camera app speedily, but after 2 or 3 photo... force close again.
This issue happened with every type of configuration (auto or night mode, IA on or off, with or without zoom, etc. etc.).
The only way to solve is to restart the phone, but after many hours it happen again.
Apart from hard reset, what i can try to do? Previously i deleted data and cache file from Fotocamera app, but i not solve the issue.
Is this also happened to you?
