When ambient temperature height, applications close automatically - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi
I have samsung galaxy s8 active. And I've been really hot place sometimes. And when ambient temperature height(52 centigrade temperature for s8 active), all applications in the devices close automatically and screen goes sleep mode. Can I change that temperature interval in rooted phone programatically or hacking the phone system files?

[Q] Possible to control brightness of idle mode?

When using my phone, there is one brighter screen mode that occurs when actively using the phone, and then there is a idle dimm mode that occurs after about 30 seconds of idle time. Is it possible to control the brightness of the idle screen mode and possibly set it to 0? Is there an app advanced enought to do that?
I am basically using the phone as an mp3 player at night and I have to keep the phone awake and the screen on otherwise the wifi starts to stutter, but the default dimmness of idle mode is far too bright, so a way to keep the phone awake without emitting light is what I am after, but only on idle mode because otherwise I am not able to see and control the screen.

Render Effect in Samsung galaxy s3

Hey guys
In my old phone the galaxy ace there was something known as render effect which would change the visual color of the screen.
Is possible to get it in the S3?
I basically need the night mode. I use my phone a lot in the night with zero secondary light hence the screen is too bright even on minimum brightness.
I tried screen filter app... But beyond certain limit you can't read anything on the screen
The night mode + screen filter was my settings during the night to reduce brightness on my old phone.
How can I get it on the S3?
"Render Effect Galaxy Ace" brings up no worthwhile results, so I have no idea what specific effect you're on about, but the app Galactic Night has some effects. If you're running the Siyah Kernel or Perseus, they also support custom mDNIE profiles, so if you have a lot of time...
I just want something that will lower my screen brightness
Similar to screen filter app
With Lux you can lower the screen brightness below the stock minimum (automatically our manually) .

Works great.
During night time it is very useful it can decrease your brightness to EXTREME LOW.

Description
The original custom auto brightness
solution for Android.
"To put it simply, Lux kicks the pants
off of Android’s stock brightness
manager, and it’s worth every cent." -
Lifehacker
"Lux is a third-party app that allows
you to easily calibrate your phone’s
brightness sensor, saving you battery
power and reducing eye strain if your
phone is normally too bright in dark
rooms." - HowToGeek
Lux isn't your ordinary brightness
app. It intelligently adjusts the
brightness of your display based on
the environment you're in. If you step
into a dimly lit room, Lux will
automatically lower the brightness of
your display to make it not only
comfortable to read, but to also
preserve battery power.
Lux is also able to adjust the screen
temperature of your display
automatically to make it appropriate
for night usage. At sunset, you can
have Lux automatically warm your
display and switch to your Night
profile. If you're an astronomer, you
can enable astronomer mode to cut
out harsh white light. If you have a
root enabled phone, you may even be
able to apply these enhancements at
a low level with Lux's plug-in
system.
Perhaps the best thing about Lux is
that you can teach it how to behave.
If the backlight is too bright or dim
for your liking, simply open the
provided Dashboard, adjust the
brightness slider to the level you
desire, then hold the link button. Lux
will use this new 'link' as a reference
in future.

AOD does not rotate

HI, am I the only one that needs the clock in AOD rotated?? At night is very usefull to sleep with the clock on, but I need rotate it and it seems that this feature is misssing. Come on, is not rocket science, why didn't Samsung thin of it!!!
cause the phone needs to consume as much less battery possible and using the proximity sensor will keep the phone from deep sleep besides that is a pointless feature have aod in landscape .... most users want aod when the leave the phone at a table or u take it out of pocket witch is most common to do this thing while the phone is in portrait.

Possible to fix Display Brightness Issue after A10 Update?

Hi
after upgrading my A3 with Android 10 (EU Version) by OTA standard upgrade I also have the issue that the display brightness is often reduced to a very low level even if the brightness automatic is set off and manually set to 100% or 90%. Typical case is when putting the phone after short usage in "stand by" via the power button and then pressing the power button again for reactivation and then the display turns on on amuch lower brightness then before.
Normally i can log in and then switch manually the brightness from high to low again to high level which will give full brightness back. But doing this is really anoying and yesterday i recognized that outside with sunglasses on i cannot read or do this procedure because the phone seems to be of/dark.
So is there a fix for this display problem?
Thank you very much!
