I've followed the guide made by rootsu which explains the storage issue in android 4.3 . However It seems that my 64GB Galaxy s3 can't write into phone internal storage. The problem also comes up with formatted internal sd. Rom manager can't download the recovery because of this, and also some other apps like tapatalk doesn't show forum icons. However i encounter no issue saving photos with camera app. This is the strangest problem I have ever seen, and it comes up in all 4.3 roms, including Samsung leaked, but internal storage works well with 4.1 Sammy stock rom. Can you help me? I can't find a solution..

The phone can write to internal storage just fine, it's your apps that can't cope with the change. Either change the app settings, if possible, or contact the app writer.
I found out what's causing the issue.. For some unknown reasons my internal 64gb SD card was formatted in exFat by Samsung firmware. A quick /data/media wipe through CWM solved it. So I suggest to backup your internal SD before flashing 4.3 roms and wipe the whole /data partition if you have this problem.

Simply root the tablet, then you can solve the SD card problem yourself (e. g. with SDFix).

Couldn't you just go in to the files application, select the files you want and then either move/copy them to the SD card?

No no I mean with the Xperia xz premium in storage you could send the photos to SD now I have seen that you have to do it from the gallery app
