I do not have experience with this, my fear and brick my device!!!! :crying:
ZF3 has so many roms and the ZF4 does not have any.......
So while this is old - I am wiling to donate my device if anyone is looking for a device to test on...

Hello! I have a doubt and would like to help me. I have a Blu Dash 4.0 rom with damaged and incapable of doing root. Got another mobile Dash 4.0 and would like to back up the phone to use this rom in another that is damaged, how can I do this?
I found that by holding the vol - more power the phone goes into recovery mode where there is the option "apply update from the external extorage". How can I make an update compatible with this phone? Thank you all

Well i got a plum piloto plus z550 which is a good device form its price. After the last otra update the WiFi bt and camera wont start again. I have been looking forma all the web forma any stock rom and no way it is imposible to find it. After a long searching work i found that plum-mobile are not developers they justo commercialized these chinnese devices. So there is no way i cant find the stock ROM. After hours and hours in front of muy laptop i found the way to root muy device and flash the cwm recovery. Two days ago i recieved a ota update which could be the solución for muy issues but as i told before i flash the custom recovery so threre is no way i can install the fota. I ask all the experts in this forums if anyone could teach how to install these fota or how to port any ROM with the same specifications of muy device. Thanx pros
How did u root it? I have a Plum Coach Plus II that I'm trying to root but can't find anything.
Now I'm soo broke I can't even pay attention!
I bought this phone today from Wal-Mart and I'm looking for info on how to root but I can not find hardly any info on the XDA or even Google searches for that matter. I have seen info on the Galaxy Core Prime and Grand Prime but not this variant. Does anyone know if this variant is comparable with either of these and if so is there a root option available? I'm assuming it's just another variant of the grand prime g530 is the model number for most of them the a is for att the cricket version is az so im guessing they are mostly similar I also have the g530a.

this phone is garbage no wifi calling ,slower internet speed its 99.oo dollars for a reason and worse thing cant find no helpful roms ,locked bootloader i could go on and on about the problems its not a galaxy core prime or galaxy grandprime its a galaxy go prime theres alot of confusion its the first samsung phone i ever hated or had problems with ..WHICH MADE ME BUCKLE DOWN AND REALLY FOCUS WHICH I DONT LIKE DOING IM A MASTER MECHANIC NOT A DEVELOPER OR PROGRAMER ... i sucessfully won after hitting a few walls .. hers what i acomplished ,rooted with king root all bloatware removed fixed my modem now very fast.. go to about phone tap build 7 times turn developer options on go back select developer options allow mock locations,{ go to oem! unlock it !!!!} or fap lock what ever that crap is also turn on debugging and there is othere option to pick to ur liking . i used the odin that is for galaxy s3 i put in this file u can find on xda in bootloader tab BL_G530AUCU4AOI7_CL828509_QB6433914_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5 and put this file CP_G530AUCU4AOI7_CL828509_QB6433914_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5 in the phone tab and this in t he csc tab\CSC_ATT_G530AATT4AOI7_CL828509_QB6433914_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5 if you cant find these files ask and i can get them to you theres a few more files i used to make this phone right i got of xda thank god for xda

What other files did you use and what did they fix that wasn't right? I'm not liking this phone very much myself. AT&T always has to make things difficult.
Hey i am new here looked all over the searches but seems everything i come up with is old i am trying to root my Dragon Touch k10 tablet 8.1 its an updated version off amazon cheap but very nice tablet.. I so far was able to unlock the bootloader but i can not find any support for this device anywhere with the TWRP or any kind of recovery files so i can root the device . I tried kingo root app and device on PC but they did not work .. I am fairly new here so sorry if this post is put up wrong but would appreciate any help. Thank you

Just acquired this tablet via a rather random route. It looks like it is a very stock Android tablet, which is nice. Until somebody builds TWRP, we cannot root it safely. Here is a reference for TWRP:

Update: It's very easy to get root for this tablet without any unlocking, just head over to this thread. You can run dynamic Magisk without TWRP or permanent install - this would cover the bulk of one's rooting needs!!!

I know this thread is a little old but I just picked up one of these k10 tablets and I was able to unlock the bootloader, install the mtk-su temp root exploits, pull the boot/system/recovery images, use Magisk Manager to patch the boot.img, and flash the patched boot.img for a perm Magisk install.
Hopefully the pulled images will be enough to recover the device since there's no TWRP or factory recovery image available.

I have one of these Dragon K10s and I am trying to systemize an app. I have tried everything I found from here, and some other places.

I run all of this and I am able to move my app to /system/priv-app and make the changes I need in /etc/permissions.
However as soon as I reboot all of my changes are gone. I can see them when I run MTK-SU again, but by then it's too late.
I assume when Oreo boots it brings back an "image" of /system from somewhere. But I can't figure it where from and I cannot find the right tutorial.
Can somebody point me in the right direction please?

Wish this tablet had twrp. It's fast enough to use as a media tablet. Upgrading it to android 10 would be nice, for now I used adb to disable some apps and to disable the thick navbar, and replaced it with fullscreen gestures via adb aswell

In an attempt to solve a problem with my "dragon touch K10", I mistakenly flashed with flashtool the ROM present on Needrom of another device "dragon touch V10". Would someone who owns the same device, have a chance to let me have the official rom (or not, it's not important) to try to re-flash to bring it back to life please? At the moment it does not give signs of life if I try to turn it on, but flashtool still detects it. Thank you for what you can do. Greetings

Unfortunately I didn't find it....
I tried to install a GSI rom, but I failed flashing and now the phone restarts and restarts on the poco screen, I can't go to te bootloader or recovery, every time I press buttons, It doesn't do nothing :/ what can I do?

Yeah mate, I will do a little tutorial, it is really simple, I discovered myself searching on forums and basically the solution is using Sp Flash Tools doing bypass to the Xiaomi auth connecting the phone while pressing volumen +
there's no need to use EDL or disconnecting battery, I thought it can work because I used a similar procedure on a Redmi Note 8 Pro, MTK devices are so problematic, I'm going to upload files that I used later.

Actually MTK devices are kinde lifesaver about this kind of things. QCM devices can't bypass without edl.
Also I recommend this, I had done it on my old redmi note 9 that in hardbrick, without any problem.
Btw also lifesaver about the skipping bootloader time

I was worried because I could not find the JSON and Payload for MT6893 but recently on a forum someone posted a software that it's a very fast bypass with the updated files for the newest MTK chips.
Didn't know that about QCM, anyways I'd wish this phone has a lot of custom roms like Poco X3 Pro but too much people belive that MTK are trash on 2022 and thats's wrong, I hope that soon developers will come in and get into this phone.

I hope they make but in the end QCM is open-source while MTK is not. it would be harder but they can make aosp or miui custom rom we saw the examples from Note 8 pro.
People thinks MTK is trash because of the past optimization, power, temperature problems but in the end with new series they solved this problems as we can see at note 8 pro. Then with Dimensity series they did great job. Energy efficency is wonderful even at the dimensity 1000 series unlike qualcomm's flagship chips. A lot of brand used the mediatek chips. Almost every phone which uses dimensity has great energy/battery efficency and performance.
But in the end people see nothing but 2014 MTK chips.
Just like the amd. People had said "DON'T BUY AMD IT GETS VERY HOT, BAD PERFORMANCE AND OPTİMİZASİONS ARE SUCKS.". They said it because of the past ****ty amd FX series but even now they say the same thing. There is no such a problem now but people's won't see it.
Dunno in the end I wanna try a lot custom rom's on my device.
I hope they do this one day.
