I liked the look of that one 2. But might see what comes out between now and when the phone arrives, theres a clear case in the box. I normally get spigen cases

Yeah, the dots are there to supposedly reduce bubble/air traps, but whether they do or not I'm unsure.... I'm hopeful the cheap black bumper one with clear back is good, as I'd want the black edges but see through back showing off the twilight

aa thats what they are for i thought they added them to make it less scratch prone and more grippy, either way they are a pain!

You sir are my hero! I have been looking for hours for a case like this. I pre-ordered the Twilight version but it was delayed further. Had to switch to the black variant and was hoping to find a nice looking case. I think this will fit the bill.

They were available on eBay before the P6800 were even officially released. I got one and it fits very well, but using the Samsung book case now.

I found one today while looking for the same thing myself. Can't post links due to be a new site member, but if you look up on ebay the user 'freebitsuk' you'll be able to get to their store.
They also have it bundled with a screen protector too. Three colors available black, pink & purple.

How flexible would you say this case is? I'm deciding between this one and a silicon case myself. I'd like something more flexible than a plastic hard case, but not as floppy as silicone.

dont worry about that，quality really good. cant be break easy，and feel nice when you hold it，smooth put on face.
I have the Smasung OEM case and it works beautifully....for me I think covering the screen is more important than covering the aluminium back. The first perceived issue with the OEM case "flap" is really not an issue at all as mine has never flapped open becuase of the way it is carried. In edition, it can be positioned in either landscape or portrait mode. It is a good idea to keep the rubber grip edge on the case clean so it continues to grip any surface. This device is such a beautiful design that I find the Samsung case compliments it very well.

TPU stands for Thermoplastic Polyurethane, it's a different material from silicone.
Generally firmer and has a more rigid structure.
I just received one of my Cruzerlite cases and it's just as good as every other case they have made. It's very thin and feels great. The case is thinner than my Spigen Neo Hybrid making it very easy to hold vI think I got a defective one because my camera cutout isn't centered so I will be emailing them about that. There quality has airways been top notch (I've had their cases on my Note 3, S5, G3 and Nexus 7 and needless to say they are great. I've dropped my G3 with it on and it was perfectly fine even with a hard fall. I highly recommend their cases.
The TPU stands up very well over time as I have seen on my G3. I've never had any issues with it stretching out or getting any marks on it. The only thing I don't like it's the button cutout but I can get over that for the great build quality. If anyone would like me to post a comparison between the Slim Armor or Neo Hybrid let me know. This is by far my favorite case now that I can compare our to my other two. I had 7 for my 2 G3's but after I sold one of them I only kept 2 of the cases. At the end if the day it's well worth the 9$ for the case. As a note qi works great with it for those who were wondering.
I'll update you guys with what Cruzerlite says about the cutout. I opened a ticked with them on their support page. I still really like their cases despite this defect.
Update: Cruzerlite replied and seek be replacing the case for new. That assured me that the new one won't suffer the same defect so we will see when they ship it out me. I have a black one coming Monday from amazon which I will post pictures of as well.

How hard is it to operate power and volume buttons with case on and holes for buttons?? Does the case get in the way to use buttons or not?

It's not to difficult too use the buttons. You can't accidentally press them because I'd the cut out. I'm used to how the buttons are after using it for a day now, it's not bad at all with my big fingers.

Its just hard enough to where you won't accidentally press them. The nexus has sloping edges so it might seem harder at first but you get used it it. I love the case I just want me skins to get here for it first because I'm paranoid that I will get dirt inside any of my cases and scratch my phone.

Thank you, I've already enjoyed their cases and their customer service is excellent should you need anything. I also get black, clear and green because those are Mt favorite ones so far. I've had/have for various phones clear, black, green, blue, purple, teal, pink, and red. I hope more choices are offered on the future like the big android style instead of the circuit. I still love these cases, they are the best TPU cases I have tried so far and for the price you can't beat it.

ya im kinda a case hoarder lol every phone i always get like 10 cases i switch them up all the time for feel of different look. But in the end i always end up with these getting the most circulation.

Tell me about it, I had ~15 cases for my G3 (I only have 6 now). I already have 4 for my Nexus and counting I think I have a problem. The only case I she on my G3 is the Cruzerlite and I use the Cruzerlite and Neo Hybrid in my Nexus.

Yeah, well I'll probably get the green still because it's Android colored. I'll see if there are any others I like. 5 cases should be fine for now I hope. Usually I change my case 1-2 tomes per week depending on how I feel.
This is a very beautifull case. I think is over price at $20 but been a official samsung case and lower than last year cover case ($35) i think is worth it if u really want a miniman look no case like cover and keep ur device beautifull look.
I had the case for 2 days. Very happy with it and no scratches yet. The color is a very orchard grey like which maches perfect with all the phone colors avail. Snap easily and very tight fit. All cut outs are in perfect position. Not much grip since is plastic.

Looks blue is only available for prime. What color did you get? Is silver actually clear? I have a black S8 not sure if the colors of the covers are that much different. I got a 30% off accessories from Samsung so I might use that but stupid me didn't pre-order so I might get that and a VR or just wait on the VR.

Is transparent dark grey. Looks like the back of the orchard grey version. Nowhere near blue. Still going strong. No scratch yet. which is what worries me about plastic hard cover case.

Well it better be going strong you probably just got it. hehe You probably could put maybe some clear tape or screen protector to prevent scratches. The Samsung clear covers are the only ones I buy. At times buy a cheap more bulky case to use when I'm golfing and drinking. I wonder if any stores have the cases in stock. I didn't see any at T-Mobile.

I can't make up my mind between the orchid gray or silver. I didn't care for the orchid gray kind of makes the back look purple or maybe just the lighting in the picture. I've always got the silver and it makes the phone pop a tad more. imo Just a personal preference thing.

U should definitly look around in tmobile cause thats was where i got it. They had like 10 availa. All other official samsung case were also avail. I was actuallu surprise for the $20 price tag since samsung has been way overprices on this cover. Always $35-$40

Try going to a corporate store. Thats were most tmonile have it. But i bet alot of them are sold out. I was the first one in on launch day and they offer me like 5 cases. Screen protectors, usb type c, charger, battery backup, s3 watch etc. I must have said no like 20 times.
I could imagine pushing accesories to buyers they would run out of inventory pretty quick.

Are any more textured and grippy than others? I want as much grip as possible. It looks like Morpheus and leather might be, but I can't tell from the pictures.

Are any more textured and grippy than others? I want as much grip as possible. It looks like Morpheus and leather might be, but I can't tell from the pictures.

Clear Matte; Back and Camera Protector Skins
I ordered from XtremeSkins.
someone FINALLY released proper Mate 20 X skins. I wish they had these ready to go at the launch of the phone.
I ordered the Clear Matte; Back and Camera Protector from them.
Took about 2 weeks from their place in UK to Canada.
Attached some pics, the fitment/clearance of the cuts are much better than anything on Aliexpress and Ebay. Trust me, I've been using those crappy ones until I got these.
The worst/ most inaccurate cut out for the Skins that came to me is the Fingerprint cut out. but its not that bad.

I have the black camo and i love it but still slippery
I bought a skin from Xtreme skins and it was only for the back. The video they show is quite misleading as it shows protection for the sides too. Was very disappointed. Basically a screen protector for the back!

Hi, it's a shame you feel this way because at no point in our installation video or product page, do we mislead you as the customer. It's clearly evident that we don't cover the sides on this device. We only ever cover the glass portion.

After seeing we have somewhat a limited selection for cases I decided to bite the bullet. I have ordered the following Devilcase Lite case and Aluminum Button addon (Titanium Color). It might be a little bit until I receive the case due to the current situation. I'll update this post with a review and comparison with the other current cases I have.
Review:
After using this case its been mostly an enjoyable experience. Keep in mind this is solely on the clear back style case. I'm aware there are some with sticker designs that can be applied to your device. There also exists silicone cases with designs printed on them that better protect your device. With all that mind lets focus on this version for now.
Pros: This case has a nice grippy texture on the borders and hard clear plastic to show the aesthetics asus has showed designed. The metal buttons are super clicky and satisfying to press. This case has plenty of spacing for all glass screen protectors and for your all your usb c ports. The cut outs for the triggers are usable but a bit deep due to the the thickness. The aero cooler that is included with some variants of this device is compatible with this case. Skins are compatible with no tight fittings. Removal is easy and does not scratch the device with multiple uses. You can lay the device on either side without worrying about scratching the camera or front display. Overall this case has a nice presentation most will be happy with.
Cons: Sadly you can not use the dock with this case. Hard clear plastic back means your case will definitely scratch in time. If you don't use the aero cooler then this side cutout will not be a wanted feature. Thick borders on this case will make the device bigger on a already chunky phone. If you drop your device with this case, you will certainly break and crack the area with the side port exposed. Finally the price is also expensive (around 50USD) and don't expect any customer support due to the language barrier. I used Firefox and a translate plugin to order the device via paypal. Other users have also stated Chrome is a solid choice as well.
While this case is not perfect its certainly a case you should consider if current options are disappointing. My included asus case is not even in the same conversation and the other clear case I have is disppointing. I will add more information as I continue to get accessories but for now I'll post what I got. Enjoy the pictures and if enough users request the silicone cases Devilcase also offers I'll bite the bullet for that as well.

Use chrome browser and auto translate the page. They ship internationally and accept Paypal. Im in the USA and did just that.

I just ordered on the 4th. it shipped on the 5th and is already in the USA as of today. So it should come pretty quickly.

How much did this cost you? When I'm in my shopping cart it tells me that my total, after shipping, is 1300NT, which should be $46.45 USD. But when I get to paypal it's telling me $71 and some change.
