As Vodafone Volte is available in my place and also our device support it . So how can I enable it on my RN4 aka mido on Pixel Experience 9.0 rom or It's doesn't support on custom rom ?
Any help could be greatly appreciated

Yes it works on Redmi note 4 pixel experience rom
You have to just make sure that you have volte service on your number and you can check by downloading Vodafone app from play store and then log in with your number and then check active packs & service and you should have VOLTE in active service , you can see screenshot .
And if you don't have VOLTE service on your number then contact Vodafone to activate VOLTE service on your number .

I am using Mi4i as my primary handset and using the latest MIUI Rom. However with JIO SIM I am able to use data service but not voice call as the ROM does not have volte support.
In this regard I want a ROM with Volte facility . I can flash any rom which has the support of volte.
If anyone having any idea how to turn on volte on miui rom based on android 5.0, please let me know.

At present, only miui supports volte...
You don't need to unlock bootloader or need a pc for volte as miui is the stock rom...

you cannot..
custom roms, for now, doesn't support volte
and if you use Indian version rom, you will lose IMEI and you have to throw your device then.. plz don't flash any other regional firmwares, which is not meant to your model

I am a beginner and I do not want to cause any problems
about phone informations :
MIUI Global 11.0.1 Stable 11.0.1.0(QJZMIXM)

This means My Phone Verison is Redmi Note 9 Pro Global right ? but which one ( Joyeuse or Curtana ) ??
From where I can download Latest Updated Rom ?
and if I want to flash it using Local Update Method , Just Copy the ROM file to Phone
Then from System update Choose the Rom ?
Not Need to Unlock Bootloader or anything Right ?

To know the codename, just use AIDA64 app..
If you a begineer, just use the updater from the phone setting itself..no need all of that thing you've mentioned.

Look at the camera cluster information at the back.
48Mp mean Redmi note 9s (Curtana). 64Mp = Redmi note 9 Pro (Joyeuse).
OTA update by default is the best of safe way to avoid all trouble for beginer. Just click check for update and wait at night. Device will do the best for you. Dont care about unlock Bootloader if you happy with default MiuI os.
