I made a little video showing the issue with the animation. It's the app doing the animation not going back to the icon proprely !
And by the way it's happening with stock theme too.. so it's not a theme issue

No problem mate, thanks for the tip but i've already restarted the device many time.. even after puting on default to be sure it's not the theme.. You had the issue then get solved ??

when i press back or go home swipe this happens :
the 2nd column icons make a glitch in the icon next to it in the 3rd column
the 3rd column icons glitch apears in the right most column
Yeah... I'm seeing this too, when full-screen gestures are turned on. However it's working fine with on-screen buttons. They need to fix this.

Lol come back on open global beta pie !
Install Mi launcher, go to home screen, choose Poco launcher
This is a temporary fix, which you have to repeat every time you restart your phone. It worked for me, the fix is repeatable.
Install Mi launcher from play store
Launch the app
Go to your home screen using swipe-up gesture.
When the system prompts you which launcher to open, click POCO launcher.
The animation would be fixed.

I have the latest 138 ROM. I can't resize any widget on my homescreen. I could before. When I tap on a widget, I get these blue dots. I tap on them to drag and resize and nothing works. Happens with all my widgets. Anyone else? Fix?
Am wondering if this is a firmware bug.

I had to do a hard reset which fixed it.
Try changing the theme, it worked for me! I only noticed the problem after changing themes.

Its stupid, but since the update they have the layout locked, without notifying you.... You have to manually unlock it'
(Un-)Lock the home screen layout: Open Settings, go to Home screen & wallpaper > Home screen settings, and disable/enable Lock layout.
I just installed RR O rom.. now can't access the Google feed with the pixel launcher.. any fix?
Check if the "Google App" has permissions to run in background and make sure you dont have the "Kill app as soon as user leaves" option enabled.
If that doesnt work:
1. Search anything on google search bar in Pixel Launcher
2. Press home button
3. Make sure app isnt killed
4. Swipe left
Note : You can also check the "Atmost background process " to be atleast 2 in Developer Options

problem exists all roms including pie.. I dont know what happened. This behavior is from 1 month or so...
is this problem with google or rom ? anyone suggest a workaround please.

I've noticed that Icons flickering/blinking when I exit an app by pressing back "<" or with "gesture back" has the same result. True. Strangely, when I was on miui 10 stable, I didn't notice it. But after trying miui eu pie (faced on miui eu Oreo as well), I see the flickering on icon. Anyway, I use Nova launcher. So, I don't care about it much.

There is no "Confirm" button on miui forum. Do you mean "Favorite" button?
Edited: My bad! I wasn't logged in. Sorry for that. Anyway, I have confirmed.
Update: Here is a weird observation. I have just switched from NOS to stock rom due to battery bug. So, I first flashed stock miui 9 (9.6.25.0) rom through MiFlash tool and selected device theme as "Limitless". Then I got an OTA notification for miui 10 and updated the device. Now I don't see any icon flickering issue. Whenever I leave an app, the icon animates beautifully just like when I bought the device and updated to miui 10 for the first time (long before I unlocked the bootloader and started flashing custom ROMs). And I remember the last time I flashed miui 10 fastboot rom through MiFlash tool while switching from LOS, I had the icon flickering issue. So I suggest you flash miui 9 first and select device theme as Limitless. Then update to miui 10 as an OTA. I am not sure why did it happen, but this is what happened to me.
N.B. The reason I mentioned flashing miui rom through MiFlash tool twice, is because whenever I switch a custom ROM, I start from the scratch which is first flashing the stock ROM (without locking the bootloader)>Flash twrp>Flash rom etc. I know this is time consuming and not at all necessary, but I do this for a peace of mind.

So when I moved to poco f1 a lot of features were missing so I have several problems:
1. I noticed that I can't see notifications (like whatsapp) in the notifications bar AND in the lock screen.
2. I can't open new folder in the launcher (only in the home screen).
3. notch disable.
Can I fix these problems somehow? (New rom?something else?)
please help me! I'm getting frustrated with this phone and I just bought it...

Dont know for 2 but you get a laucher that alows that if the default one doesnt (I am on Pixel Experience so I can not check it)
Yeah Lineage OS fixes all the issues. You get notifications on the lockscreen and you get the icon for the first notification, after a 2nd notification comes in, it will change to a dot to show that you have multiple notifications. You can disable the notch by going to developer options and look for 'Simulate a display with a cutout' and select 'Hide'. I dont use the launcher that comes with it, I always install Nova Launcher, I've been using that launcher on all my phones for years. The free version is still very good, no need to buy the premium version. The included launcher with Lineage can probably handle folders normally, ive just never used it long enough to know if it does.

Just went 9.9.6 -> 9.9.26, dirty flashed. Magisk 19.3 working great. Google Pay too. Too early to say how well it runs.

As best as I can tell it's just as smooth as 9.9.6. If I notice any differences I'll update.
My biggest gripe is it still has the same bug if you have a work profile where you get a lot of error popups. Was hoping that would be fixed

For the app to access location is it possible to only use the network this time? on my 9.9.6 I can only use the GPS, so if an app want to access my location and I agree it turns on the GPS. As it been fixed?
I am seeing lots of visual glitches, like pink lines where you can see the pixels around the corners and in the notch. Also pink lines when you dimiss notifications.
I have installed it and don't see no visual glitches, but google play store keep crushing
Can you please tell if "ok google" works?

Both things weren't working on official beta.

I confirm. It was broken and now is it working. One bug is still here, Google Maps overlay don't appear unless I call the "multi-window" view (the thing like ALT+TAB on windows).
About ambiant display, it's not bad but it would need a ton of customizable settings to be perfect : notification icon size, luminosity, custom background, message sender name, pulse duration and so on.
Can i enable the App drawer in MIUI 11?

I'm pretty sure it's software, turning on rotation fixes it.
