Hi,
When I get a notification, the media sound (music, video, etc.) is played lower (also in silence mode) and I can't find any solution to disable it in the settings. Do anybody know how can I disable this?
I'm running MIUI Global 9.6.25.0 (no root).

I'm coming from a D1 and was used to its speaker volume. I've noticed that in most all apps (skype, youtube, sirius xm) my Tbolt's output volume is pretty low. I've got the slider up as high as it goes, and it doesn't come close to the output of my last phone. Is this something with the ROM I'm running? Are people with stock phone's noticing the same problem? Is there a setting I'm missing?

Did you change the media volume in sound settings or just the overall volume of the phone?

I saw that when I press the toggle to set the phone to silent, it does not mute the media volume.
Any quick way to do it? I really like it when media is muted when I set the phone to silent.
I am on Android 6.0.1, official huawei version.

I've read about this pocket mode but I can't find it. It used to be in Dialer settings but not in EMUI 8.1.0. Does someone know how to turn off this annoying increasing and loud ringing sound?

Guys, since updating to miui 11, my Bluetooth music has been interrupted by notifications. Incoming messages lower the sound temporarily and it's annoying. It was fine in miui10 and I couldn't find any settings which are related to such problem. Any helps? Thanks in advance.

I recently buy mi note 10 Lite with miui 11.07 and when I activate the do not disturb mode the emails and WhatsApp continue ringing. Is there any solution? Do you know if you are working to fix it? Thank you very much
I'm rooted with xposed and miuicustomizer module, there's an option for "separate volume controls"
I manually lower the extra volume slider it adds (probably "system" sounds) and there's no notification sound then.
You can probably achieve the same without rooting by apps that allow adjusting different volume outputs.
haven't checked though.
Go to notification settings and look at notification priority of app that make noises on do not disturb. Its probably set to high. Change that to normal/default
