The back panel of my stratos cradle just popped off when I tried to charge my watch today. But the cradle can still connect my watch to my computer files still can be moved and etc when the watch is on . Anyone can give me any advice on how to fix this?

So I have an amazfit bip connected to the s9 plus but I am facing one weirded issues after few days the watch disconnects automatically and I have to reset network settings on my s9 plus and then it connects works for few days then again the same initially I thought the issue is with phone but my car Bluetooth and my bose speaker works fine with out any issues
Same issue here, using P20pro and BIP.. I havent seen any repeatable action regarding this, it just occasionally disconnects. I've got a watch face that shows connection status and sometimes it changes from connected to disconnected and back but Amazfit app shows "disconnected".
Isn't BIP supposed to work with MFit instead of Amazfit? Remove the companion app and Bluetooth from any battery saving on your phone.

I was wondering if there is a way to use my bike computer with the watch connected only for HR monitoring.
The bike computer would be the hub, reading data from several devices like the power meter, phone and HR monitor via Bluetooth. The watch would replace basically the chest strap.

You can connect Bluetooth straps to Pace/Stratos, not the other way around. I've read somewhere that BIP can be used as a HR monitor for some apps on phone tho, I don't know the details.
Hey guys, i have a problem with pairing proces on my Amazfit Pace watch. I recently installed custom rom on my phone and my amazfit watch got disconnected from my app and phone. Now i can´t pair them because of a broken screen on my pace watch, just two slim lines from top to bottom are not working. Is there any other way how to pair this watch to Amazfit app? Or is there any other solution?

Your screen isn't broken, the touchscreen (digitizer) is. You can use an ADB remote controller to simulate touches and swipes, there are many available online, mostly Java apps.

I have purchased amazfit gtr 47mm and tried to pair it with my android device (ASUS zenfone max pro m2) running android 9. It tries to connect to it but then try again screen comes up. Then i searched the internet for it and found out that firmware is not supported in 8.1+ android so I connect it with the device running android 6 (Motorola G3) and it connects to it successfully and then I updated the firmware of the watch to the latest version.
Then I unpair the watch from the MOTO device and tried pairing it with mine but it still not able to connect with my device. Them i tried connecting it with the same MOTO device then again it is not able to connect to it.
Please help me connect this watch.

It should pair with yous Asus device no problem. I am using mine with a zuk phone running Android 10 and have no problems pairing.
Make sure to tap on the pairing notification on the watch when trying to pair.
If you can get it paired with one device just download the app on the other device and log in. No need to unpair. Switch off whatever device you don't want to use the watch with and it will work fine with your other device.
By the way if you are going to be using the watch for sports tracking using GPS I'd advise you to send the watch back as soon as possible as the GPS is practically useless on this watch

I have done all the things that you have mentioned already. And i am facing this issue for the third time as I have ordered this watch for the third time. But still finding no luck pairing it with my own device.
I have tried pairing my device with other amazfit watched like Amazfit Bip it connects seamlessly. I am just having the problem pairing GTR with my device.
did you found solution? i have galaxy S9 and in settings of phone its paired but in amazfit app app cannot found/connect to watch
i try unistall and install app restart watch factory reset, restart phone but nothing
on huawei p20 and huawei P smart all works perfect, but on samsung not

This may sound silly, but that worked for me.
Turn on the GPS in your phone when trying to pair with GTR.
It worked for me.

Amazfit gtr connection problem
Hi guy, i have amzfit gts and amazfit gtr on the same Amazfit app.
Gts connect alway when i turn on bluetooth while gtr dont connect to smartphone without press gps.
This is the problem.

I accidently installed a wrong firmware update on my Amazfit Cor while I was looking for watch faces on Amaz Tools App.
The band is dead right now - The screen is black, it does not charge and it does not connect with any device with bluetooth or usb cable.
Can someone help?
