Data Speed Indicator
This Magisk Module for Nokia Android Smartphones shows the Data Speed on the Status bar.
Extracted from the Chinese version of Nokia 6 (TA-1000). Tested and working on Nokia 7 plus (Android 8.1).
After installation, go to Settings - Network & Internet - Data Usage and toggle Show data speed. Now you should be able to see your internet speed on your status bar.

Update: Will not work on Pie. Fix coming soon.
Doesn't show up on Magisk repo. Is it available somewhere else, like android filehost or Google drive or mega??
You can download from the Magisk repo too: https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Repo/dataspeedindicator

Why did you have to reflash magisk? Magisk modules are systemless means you can just uninstall a module and it is gone without leaving any trace.

I am on Oreo (September). And I can't provide the log as I have uninstalled the module due to force closing issue (google service, settings and a few more google spps were force closing constantly).

Ah yeah apologies i am on pie. I understand that I shouldn't have had to reflash magisk but even after removing the module the network connections remained borked and reflash was the only was I could restore them.
Magisk on the TA1062 is already pretty sketchy so wouldnt rule that out as being the source of the problem.

The problem is, even I ignore the force closing and proceed further and enable the data indicator option on settings, it always shows 0KB/s even if I play a 2 hours movie. Rebooting doesn't help! Anyway, I spoke to Gravemind2015 and he said he would flash the module and see.

I prepared a zip for flashing Google's new Pixel Launcher in TWRP recovery for my convenience and decided to share it as more and more users are enjoying the success of unlocking the bootloader and flashing the TWRP recovery on their new Honor 8 device.
For those having yet to unlock the bootloader of their Honor 8, I've attached the apk's below for simple apk installation with Unknown Sources enabled in System Settings. However, I have not installed either apk via this method so the attached apk's are simply provided for users without root to try and report success or failure.
Once successfully installed, Pixel Launcher can be set as the default launcher in EMUI by performing the following steps below:
Settings > Apps > Advanced > Default App Settings > Launcher
thanks for sharing
Too bad this launcher don't let CM theme engine set icon packs.
But it's clean
maybe u should try nova launcher, it has options to change the looks to pixel style
Does the APK really work? Has anyone test it? Any downsides of installing it using APK and not flashing via TWRP? I don't have my bootloader unlocked.

You can install it like normal (apk) but you can't change wallpapers
installing like a normal app may give force closes
Force close only when trying to change wallpaper
Nope, it also force closes randomly!!!
I have not tried with twrp, but that may work fully

Thanks,

My module will only have what's necessary
If users want a feature, I'll add, test and (maybe?) release
What does it do?
Installs a few pixel apps
https://github.com/anupritaisno1/PixelExperienceOneplus/tree/master/system
Runs magisk's resetprop utility to set the following values
Everything is being updated so constantly that you need to check my github: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/anupritaisno1/PixelExperienceOneplus/master/common/post-fs-data.sh
Psst. Unless you really have this urge to read my long, useless, boring speech, here

So, the pixels came out
Everything suddenly became so "pixelated" (RR literally took pixel's theme and so did oxygenos beta on the op3)
Everyone started making their own 'pixel experience'
So i decided to do it too
But i wanted to think different
I wanted a mod that could give me pixel experience without butchering my system and deleting important apps
(Yes, king's pixel experience removed important apps that i need everyday like the cyanogenmod music player)
I wanted to only add the necessary apps, staying free from unnecessary bloatware
And this is it:
Let us call it "aosp meets pixel"
You get the pixel experience you've always wanted but the aosp experience you missed
You stay away from potential instabilities caused by debloat (i mean, who in this world removes cyanogenmod file manager from cm)
It survives otas
It is easier to get past SN
Do i need to be systemless?

Really it's just a matter of choice.
If you don't want to debloat or if nightlies are a problem for you where you have to reflash the mod every time but flashing a 9 mb file at every ota (magisk) won't hurt or if you want additional control over existing stuff then just go for it
Really, this is just pixel meets aosp because you get all the pixel apps while still keeping aosp apps. The only real difference is that I used @FaserF's zip as a base
Can you specify what all apps your zip adds and removes from the ROM ?

This is not a bug but it is a mistake on your behalf that resulted in an error causing the flash to fail
Please, atleast try to understand that this module does need magisk
You need to flash magisk first
Bug report ignored, reason: user mistake
So if I get this right, I need to:
Flash (dirty) CM 14.1
Flash SU
Flash Magisk
Then this Pixel zip.
Yes?
EDIT: Done. Alert slider works fine and so does everything else.

Magisk is the interface that's allowed us to use systemless modules. If you don't have it installed, your system can't know by itself how to use systemless stuff.
Flashed CM, mini Gapps, magisk, Pixel Experience, Boeffla Kernel and OOS Camera.
I got an "There was a problem communicating with Google servers, try again later" error.
I tried re-flashing, got the same error.
I tried flashing stock Gapps instead, but again, same result.
Please help.
Edit: I just flashed it without magisk and Pixel Experience, and it's working flawlessly.
Edit 2: Nvm, realized I didn't flash SU. Sorry. Thanks, btw. Works perfectly.

Hey,
I experimented a bit and found 2 ways to reuse the Photochrome filter.

[ROOT]
1. Download the Magisk Module from the Attachment.
2. Install the Module using Magisk Manager.
3. Reboot.
4. Open Phone App and type *#808#
5. Go to the Camera tab and click to "fourth back camera preview".
6. Now you can screenshot objects.
Screens:
[NON-ROOT]
1. Download this Package: Download
2. Open the zip and install the "GoogleCamera.apk"
3. Copy the "GCam" folder on the internal memory.
4. Open GCam and Restore the "Urnyx 7.3 Hooolm v8 (OP8 Pro).xml" Profile.
5. Now you can click on the "C" logo and can use the Photochrome filter again.
Screen:
Does the non-root variant work without Magisk? Because you can't change the cameras if you don't use the Aux Magisk Module that patches SELinux.
Works without Module
The AUX module is only needed for some GCam features like slow motion etc.
But for the Photochrome filter the module is not needed.
Interesting. The other cams only work with the Aux module on the 7 series. Good to know
Np
Followed the steps for non-root. Anytime I try to use a camera other than the main it kills the app and I have to clear data and start over again to make it turn on.

I meant I can already access it, sorry for the misunderstanding. I get the camera tab and can select the stuff an all, without installing the module, so wanted to know if I missed something. Sorry.
I guess I misunderstood.
So all is well
Warning!!!
I install the FactoryMode module
Don't play with the fingerprint sensor tests or you will lose it. And without your own backup of the persist.img, there is nothing you can do to recover it. Fortunately I had my backup and I was able to recover the sensor. @jamal2367, can you take a look?

Found it but here it only says 'solves some known problems and improves system stability'. That's it.
I updated to the latest version yesterday and now I'm facing some issues:
- Fingerprint icon not showed when the display is off
- AOD doesn't work
- Edge lighting doesn't work
I already tried to wipe date from the recovery but nothing!
Do you have any suggestions?

How did you do the initial installation? Everything from scratch or from a backup of your previous phone?.
If you did the initial install from a backup, I recommend doing a hard reset and installing everything from scratch. The phone will work much better.

Surely, it is not recommended to make the initial installation of a phone starting from a backup of a different one.
First, surely the backup was from android 11 and in the Realme you have android 12 and they are also different models, different processors. Some applications will create incompatibilities and that will make the phone work erratically.

Guys for real permissions are the First thing you have ti Grant Instagram for opening it so please...
I don't get it, when you click on Settings, should normally direct to the app settings and there you enable camera access.
Normally Instagram is asking for that permission.
Or Settings -> Apps -> IG - Permissions and turn it on

Great, these apps can access the camera?
Have you tried to install an old version of Instagram (or the latest alpha/beta) from apkmirror?
Otherwise you can try Instander from here.
Hope it solves your problem. Personally I'm using Instander.
Follow this and if it's still not resolved then perform a factory reset and start from scratch.
