Did you try to use usb debugging? And what stock firmware,u had before installing cyanoace? Kph? Kpb? Dkq5?
hmm... what is yout mod-version? is it: cyano ace -rc 2 behradGH?
Had the same issue, reconnected the USB and it was fixed.

Go to device manager. Right click elephone p9000. Pick the driver from a local source and install mtp USB driver. Then it shall work

Hmm.. Sorry, this is the only idea i have, since USB tethering works out of the box for me. (Plug and Play)

In remix ,do you use any PPP widget or just directly open chrome etc after connecting phone with it as USB tether?

No software or setting changed, plugged phone to usb, turn on usb tether and worked after opening chrome.
Sorry there's not much info I can provide for your case, as it works normally for me.
