Kek boi good job
Thanks for the rom mate !
Just 2 question, is it pixel themed ? (ringtones/ui sound/ Pixel animation on navbar ..)
And the velocity of scrolling is Pixel based or Lineageos based ? (Pixel based like on Pixel experiance rom, the scrolling has more friction so with the same swipe it's not going as far as LOS16)
Nice
yay, more custom rom
Wow, thanks OP.
Yeah! A new ROM, a new adventure. Just wished Xiaomi had released the source of IR camera driver.
By the way, are the status bar icons showing correctly or are they overlapping each other or are they still not compatible with notch and round shape like all other ROMs?
Questions, do this rom has the options to hide notch and force app to use full screen? Tx

I doubt we messed with scrolling speeds. It does have pixel sournds but not navbar animations.

We'll probably have something for the IR camera sooner or later xD
I don't see any icons overlapping. If there's too many icons, they just get hidden. To improve the notification-clock situation, we have a feature called Smart Clock which you can find in About Phone > Date & Time settings.

Notch hide, not yet. I'll add it up soon. And yes, there's changes to support higher aspect ratios.
Could you please add animated pixel navigation bar?

Yes as it based on Pie. However, no body is stopping you to flash this over MIUI and explore but don't come back here complaining if things don't work.

About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod, in the early days of Marshmallow, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brank spanking Nougat released. Later we realized the true potential of CAF tags, how each of them altered the device performance on different SOCs. After a lot of thinking, we decided to keep different sources for difference SOCs in our git and hours of debugging later, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get a taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind , but in time, a lot of people joined us, as each giving their own contibutions.
Citrus-CAF was built to create an amazing combination of customization, performance and most of the demanded features by our users, whereas we've Cardinal, to deliver minimal customizations, but the greatest stability!
Meanwhile, all of our Tangy sources are publicly available on our Github. We also do own a Google+ Community, where you can.... uhm... you know, do what all others do at forums and communities! (Just kidding, we got builds over there and a feature-wish bucket too ) Hope you enjoy your stay and taste the Tanginess of our work!
Out of lemon, with love!
NOTE: There's nothing like, "we've decided to keep the customizations minimum, so as to provide stock AOSP experience, but with necessary features", cause this isn't Cardinal. This is Citrus

Must Read
Read before you proceed.
1. There are issues with Black Theme, which will be fixed soon.
3. If you are facing problems provide us with logs. Fixing issues without logs is close to impossible.
Specific to OnePlus 2
1. The ROM might take a little longer than usual to boot, be patient.
2. BlueBolt kernel is shipped with it to get some extra juice, if you have any problems with custom kernels, please don't bother posting here, in short - Custom Kernel may or may not work. I won't be responsible.
3. I have been using it over a week now, the sauce is real!
Enjoy the sauce!!!

congrats!

Hello I have just installed the beta of this ROM and I must say I am incredibly impressed. My favorite trait that this ROM has is that it has a very minimal pre-installed app list, and the boot animation is extremely slick. The only thing I found to complain about is that the OMS commits seem to be out of date at least according to the substratum app, resulting in an inability to install fonts in. Otherwise though this ROM is just about perfect I am incredibly impressed thank you for your hard work to both the developers and the maintainers

1) Please do not use TiB. If you want use then try Swift Backup or Migrate. These are better options for now.
2) Please Use Paid Themes preferably, so that Substratum Dev can keep on their good work.
3) If you want to try a new theme, try "Valerie" by bro @@DeadmanxXD. It's been my favorite ever since I tried it.
4) If you earn well, then don't hesitate to donate a few $$ to the devs you like. Its token of appreciation and will keep the devs motivated.

finally an android 9x rom that actually caught my attention! couple of questions though;
- regarding the camera, does both 4k 30fps, 1080p 60 fps and stuff in between when filming work? it would be awesome to use the full capabilities of the sensor.
- how does this compare to Ressurection Remix? i currently use android 7X based RR. It has many features but many tiny annoying bugs and not perfectly stable.
- are the themes Substratum ones?
anyway, i hope that this will be the rom with an overkill amount features but with the stability of Lineage OS!
good first impressions!

Thanks for the quick reply, sounds great! if this ROM becomes a bit more polished overtime,
i will definitely give it a try and share the experience
Great rom. Tons of features and xtended theme is so beautiful. Screen mirror works which is first success on a pie rom for me. Still super slow charge tho, why is this still an issue after so long
battery level doesn't show in statusbar during charging.
Camera app crashes.

No, In next update we'll add if possible
thank you.
Really good ROM man, I'm only missing the pocket detection too, and being able to download offline maps from Google Maps, it's a common issue among Pie roms for some regions, ROMs like ViperOS, Bootleggers or Candy do have it working for example, just saying that it is a fixable issue. Really liked the ROM, wish I could make it my daily, it's so clean and smooth, but I need offline maps working. I'll leave that thanks button pressed!

thank you!
Oh I forgot, customizable clear all button for Oreo style recents please, too. Do you plan on becoming official?
Found another small bug, the back button overlaps the lockscreen and ambient display sometimes, it does it quite often and I just clean installed the rom, pic below

I now have the ROM as main for use. My phone was extremely fast, smooth scrolling, with some features that make it look like Android 10, just sin because I haven't got any cool port for GCam, which is already built into Pixel Experience, was even something to think for next update. In addition, amazing project in this latest version.

I test this ROM first impression it's nice because you don't need install magisk and debloat apps you don't want. All apps that built in is you can disable . 2nd is wifi cast also working 100%%% . On camera I use gcam 7.3 greatness
