MIUI is closed source and it is not possible to port it to any unsupported device legally AFAIK.

...what i would pay for miui on this phone..
Miui is 'portable'!
Take a look in the Samsung Galaxy 3 development forums
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1133741
They ported Miui, and it's mostly working. The only difference is the Galaxy 3 has 240x400 resolution
Till now no one is working on it. But some day lg optimus one will have miui

Is there a possibility to use miui themes as for example we can use the miui lock screen because of that app. Or need to stick to miui ROM?

There is an app for that! It's call mihome or milauncher i believe.
It has some of the themeing of miui, but not all and its not as smooth or quick as miui tho.
Check the general android theme section there is one there, works great

No. Think it doesn't work, but there was a camera app from some Huawei ROM, which is better and working.

I think this camera google horrible to work both in focus setting as the choice of flash, but it would be interesting to put a cyber shot in place.

These are the manufacturers roms. They modified AOSP rom and added some customization to their roms so if you know how to modify the source code of your manufacturers then you should be able to.
