App default notification sounds - Huawei Mate 20 Pro Questions & Answers

Hey everyone!
Recently switched from a Samsung S8+ to Huawei Mate 20 Pro, one thing bugging me is I have a Nest doorbell and the nest app installed but on my Samsung the app had its own preset notification sound now on huawei it's just my normal notification sound.
Anyone know if its possible to change this so its the standard app preset notification sound?

[Q] Power Toggles notification overridden by Poweramp.

Hi everyone,
That's weird, but now when I play music on my RAZR (JB 4.1.2) via Poweramp, its notification always overrides Power Toggles' one. I mean Poweramp stays on top and then comes PT being the second. The latter has specially designed "notification priority" feature which is set to 5/5, and it works perfectly until I start Poweramp. I have never faced such problem before as I used both applications and they did not interfere with each other. I don't know what happened, but now they do.
So is there a way to raise PT's notification priority or drop the Poweramp's one instead? May be some "notification priority manager" or anything...
Also got root if that could help.
+tried Notification Toggles app which is similar to PT, but thing was the same, so it's Poweramp issue.
Would really appreciate your help.
anybody?

Mate 10 Pro email notification tone keeps reverting to default

I have a mate 10 pro rebranded to C721 (Porsche Design). I use the stock email app though I changed to notification sound to one that I use across several different phones. With some frequency, the notification tones on the stock email app will revert back to the Huawei default notification tone (in my case Porsche Design Electric). It seems like it may be related to when my phone makes a Bluetooth connection but I can't be sure and it doesn't seem to be consistent.
Has anybody else had the same problem? If so, do you know how to fix it so the stock email app retains your custom notification sound choice?
I am not rooted (as I use google pay)

whatsapp notifications

dear friends, i have mate 10 and i'm having whatsapp notification problem, i recieve whatsapp message and sometimes the phone doesn't sound notifications.
is the problem related to oreo, nougat or the whatsapp app itself.?
It does sound, but default notification setup for WhatsApp is very low sound, so i recommend you to change notification sound, and that would solve your problem. Cheers

He doesnt mean the sound volume, you should use another ringtone for whatsapp messages! You will find this under whatsapp settings/notifications/notification tone

Notification sounds

Hey all,
I've never had this problem before with any other device. When you download a app such as snapchat or cashapp.. Even Facebook messenger it comes pre-installed with the apps specific notification sounds.
My MI note 10 automatically set all notifications to either silent or the default notification sound.
I can go into every app settings and download the correct sound but that just seems like a very time consuming way of correcting the problem.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
I will mention I'm using the masik rom but I don't think that has nothing to do with it because I had this problem on my stock Rom as well.
