If you want to backup your current bootanimation then:
-Mount OEM in twrp touchscreen
-adb shell then cd /oem/media
-mv bootanimation.zip bootanimaBAK.zip
-cd ../../
-Uncheck OEM in twrp mount section to unmount /oem
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you don't care for backup, just flash the zip file below:
*** By the way, there's also a redundant bootanimation.zip on /system/media should you ever need it back. ***

Here are some quick moboot themes i have created, all you have to do is rename the file as moboot.background.tga and copy it to /boot
easiest way is to load up clockwork mod, go to mount and mount /boot/ then using adb push the file

Place the ui.zip to /sdcard/TWRP/THEME/
to install the moboot themes, download a root explorer, mount /boot/ and copy the two tga files here, or boot into TWRP go to mount and mount /boot/ then using adb push the file

you either need to drop this in your rom before flashing or adb push
make sure you are booted into RECOVERY. NOT FASTBOOT. took me forever to figure this out smh then add framework-res.apk to where your adb.exe is, shift-right click, and hit "open command window here". copy/wright in this command:
