Hi all,
I've noticed that the highest Android version from Oppo for the R9s Plus is Android 6 (with June 2018 patches). Is there any ROM that is Android 7, 8 or even 9? I'd like to give it a go on this CPH1611 that I got given today!
Thanks!
Hmm, I found the following articles:
http://androidoreos.net/install-oppo-r9s-plus-android-oreo-8-0-update/ - which seems like bollocks to me, and,
https://theleaker.com/oppo-android-p-9-0-update/ - which states that Oppo at least don't plan on deploying Pie to the R9s Plus at least.

flash rom oppo r9s pro
After more than a year I'm desperate for an firmware update for my Oppo R9s Pro. Unfortunately there is nothing out there. I'm happy that I got the phone updated from 6.1 Marshmallow to Nougat 7.1.1 with Color OS 3.1.
Hello everybody!
I have bought the new Voyo i8 (just i8, not plus or max) tablet (Helio X27 , 9.7", android 8.0) but unfortunately it seems this model fell between the cracks because not even the site of Voyo lists it.
Now the shipped android 8.0 is ok but I don't anticipate updates coming any time soon so I would love to get my hands on a TWRP image for this poor boy and flash a custom rom like AOSP Extented for android 9.
Any change someone here can cook one?
Thank you!
Hi,
Noob question here but is the ROM for Android Pie 9 compatitible with Oppo AX5S?
I only found 2018 articles on the net?
Where can I download suitable ROM?
Hi everyone, I'm wondering what specs a smartphone needs to run Android 10. I got a 2015 smartphone (Umi Iron Pro), can I flash a ROM based on Android 10?

A ROM has to be compiled for your device and its specs. You can't flash any ROM as you wish. Search if any are available.
I know that but my question was different. I'm sorry for my english but if I compile a ROM based on android 10 for my phone, would it run on that phone, who is from 2015?
Hello all,
I've been trying to update to Android 8 on my Pro 7, and from what I gathered here and there, there are only beta roms. Which would not be an issue. But when trying to install said rom (Flyme OS 7.8.5.30G), I get the "firmware corrupt" error.
So I have a few questions: is it really possible to have a later Android version than the 7th? And if so, is the 7.8.5.30 version featuring Oreo? Is there already a working procedure that would work on my phone? I've looked at several tutorials and forums with no luck so far.
Here are some additional information on my current setup:
Pro 7 - Model M792H
SoC: Helio P20
Board: PRO7S (mt6757)
Running Android 7 with Flyme 7.1.1.0.G (non-root).
Thanks in advance for any help (I hope I provided enough information though).
Y.
