I have searched for Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro custom ROMs. But most of them for Note 3 Pro.
I need to know is there any android 8.1 well working custom ROM for Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro (Not Note 3) 5 inch display version?

Nope, you better don't. Note 5 pro Has SD 636 and regular Note 5 has SD 625. Similar but not the same.
What about installing redmi note 5 rom on redmi note 4 ?

Never flash a rom that isn't for your phone or you will very likely brick your phone
Android isn't like windows, you can't simply install the same version on every phone, each rom is only meant to run on a certain device with a specific configuration.

Following https://havoc-os.com/device#joyeuse the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro global (joyeuse) has an own section, which is different to https://havoc-os.com/device#miatoll (Miatoll), but when I try to download it, I get:

So my topic was moved, thanks but I am still reading 9 Pro (Indian Model) and I am talking of the global model, so don't get confused. AFAIK the global model is not compatible with the Indian model, which is a part of the miatoll-ROMs.
I am stuck with the same issue, I will post an update here if I manage to succeed in any way.
I had trouble finding the (joyuse) havoc ROM, experienced the same 404 error. I opted to install the pixel experience instead which was a maitoll ROM.

There is of course no guarantee that that Havoc maitoll will work but so far been runing the pixel experience for 2 days with no issues or hacks so far (I did need to manually setup my network APN but not sure if it is related)

official xiaomi rom on MIUI 13 (android 12) is available for my redmi note 9 pro.
I don't find any feedback on it. is it possible to use this rom or is there some performance problems ?
