Hi guys, I am going to create a whatsapp group for the users who are using MIUI developer rom OR any custom rom, so we can discuss about different roms and their problems.

So, i want anyone to port a custom rom with android 5,6,7,8 or 9 and also a twrp or cwm recovery.

Sorry to say, but this is not how it works

This usually takes lot of time and effort especially if their is little to no code for a device not to mention developers usually develope for devices they own for testing. So I'd say your chances are low.
