I have tried a 3rd Party dock and there is no key mapping option for keyboard/mouse (or controller for that matter).
Does anyone know if the Professional Dock has this option available?
Also where did most buy the accessories for the rog phone at online that ships overseas.
Thanks.

I've noticed the same thing but I remember reading in the manual that the option only is enabled if you use the original ROG accessories/docks.. and since those are not available in Sweden yet I have not yet been able to verify that it works.. but hopefully soon.

Ok. But, how about just an ASUS branded dock, like this for example. The Asus Universal USB Type-C Dock.

I've been thinking about this thing, and tried to search around on the net, but haven't found anything yet.
Do you guys think it's possible to make the mini Pro into a bluetooth keyboard for like media centers and even other phones without HW-keyboards? I know that a BT-keyboard from ebay doesn't cost that much, but when we got a phone with HW-keyboard, touch surface and BT in the first place, why not try to make it possible?
Atleast I would love that.
Just some of my thoughts.
Greets!
I have the same idea but every app i found must install host in PC
the best of this is GRemote !
why people want to use small keyboards??? when bigs are so cheap!! after few hors it gives pain in fingure..!! so plz stop thinkin!!
and we can't use one phone's keyboard for another phone that's for sure!!

Does anyone know where I can buy one of these? It's a Motorola car dock cable. It allows a single connection to the phone on one end with a USB (for power) as well as an AUX input on the other. I can't seem to find just the cable. I don't want to have to purchase the entire dock!

The cable itself won't work with charging. I get my gf the Droid 3 and got the car dock for free and that's the cable it comes with. found out that without the dock itself the cable is pretty much useless. It won't really charge anything and aux won't work either. Tried it on my Rezound while driving her car and also with her phone too

I made a discovery today. The cable which is used for e.g. sending apps between two TI-84 calculators does actually fit in the USB socket of my HTC Hero
When I connect the Hero to the TI-84 the Hero's little LED turns green for a second and the TI-84 actually boots. If I let the Hero be in sleep mode and I press the ON button on the calculator the Hero wakes up
I have found a document which describes parts of the TI-84 USB protocol here.
It would be really awesome to be able to communicate with the TI-84 from Android apps on the phone. I have never programmed an app which uses the USB before, but I know there is an API for doing it.
Can this be achieved in accessory mode or is host mode required? AFAIK the accessory mode requires the accessory (TI-84) to be using a special Android accessory USB protocol to work. Can someone confirm this?
Is any developer interested in this?

Problem is.. I can't get my XboX controller to work with it. It worked once yesterday, I just inserted it and it worked. No more after that though. It just doesn't pick it up. How would I go about making this work?
If I have to root, np. I'm currently on the latest stock firmware.
thanks.
Try using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.usbhostdiagnostics
Sent from my Sony Tablet S using xda premium
Whatever it was supposed to do, it didn't work, unfortunately
It would be best if you bought a PS3 controller, as the tablet gives more support to this controller.
I myself play xbox, although im buying a PS3 controller as it has better support.

I don't think your suppose to use a XBOX controller, It seems a PlayStation controller is suppose to support the tablet

I can understand the reasoning behind using an xbox controller;better to hold and you might already have an xbox; but as stated above, using a PS3 controller will be most beneficial to you considering it is a sony device and even says on the box that it is supported
Good Day,
I was wondering if Android 5.0 and above support OTG HDMI? or does it simply on the manufacturer side?
I have broken screen android quite good spec and I think the company doesn't have any more replacement for it because they're not that well-known, so I think it will be good for low budget office/research type computer replacement.
and I see a bunch of things like this

It's on the manufacturer's side.
Your device should have a component that will read OTG , search on internet if you're phone support OTG .
I hope your device will support it ,
Have a good day.
