Open "Mobile Manager" app then go to "Clean Up" section after it scanning your apps you should be offered the option to clean up your apps cache.
If you want to do it on a per app basis, simply go to settings/Apps & notifications/App info
Click on the app you want to clear cache, then go to "Storage & memory" you should see the option to clear cache.

You could use this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1013063 and this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aac.cachemate.demo&hl=en.
Search on Play Store "One click cleaner"... you can also create a widget on home screen and clean cache immediatly.

I've used SD Maid for a good while now and it is a great app. Definitely give it a go. It isn't exactly one click but it is one of the most depth cleaners I've ever used.
Tap-a-Talked
Try this. You can add a simple widget to clean cache, free up memory (if u want to), and clean history. The app also adds more special features on your phone.

If your phone is rooted, System Cleaner 2 ( cache and dalvik cache ). If not, App Cache Cleaner
If I uninstall an app without clearing the app's cache, will Android automatically delete the cache too when it uninstalls the app?
Or is it best to manually delete the cache before uninstalling an app?
No, the app cache will persist until you clear it manually (doing a full wipe, wiping the cache or deleting app data when you uninstall it).
Sorry, forgot to ask, doing a cache wipe through CWM, will it delete my progress made in games?

No. The cache is different from the app data.
you must clear cashe manually and no save games wont go away
is choosing option "wipe cache partition" enough? or must I find dalvik cache somewhere? (it isn't obvious, that's for sure)

yeah, just normal recovery. preparing for ota jelly bean update for razr. it has no option that says "clear dalvik cache", it only has "clear cache partition" or something similiar
Install Safestrap
Download and Install Safestrap. then access your recovery again and you will see te wipe option, click on it and there's a Davilk/Cache option.
You can do dalvic cache from bootmenu manager
Bootmenu manager for me is the best recovery.
But in any recovery which is not the standart, you have to look in "clean something" or "more". It's always like this.

If u r rooted then use an app like titanium backup or link2sd or something else... And try to wipe the cache and data of settings app... If that doesn't help then go to recovery and do a cache wipe and dalvik cache wipe (not data wipe in recovery) ..!

I won't cause any problem to your data.... Just do * wipe cache and * wipe dalvik cache ( not wipe data )...!
Normally I just go Setting > Storage > Cached Data > Clear <Ok>

There is an app thats allows u to clean app cache, dalvik cache and cache partition its called (Lspeed) on the play store its a very good app. P.s. u need root but also there is an app for non rooted users called cache cleaner
