I want Bejeweled Blitz on Android, but only available in iOS. If there is some sort of iOS emulator/VM on Android to use these apps, it would be great.

Maybe on WP8 but not on what we do know so far
How about buying an Android phone if you so desperately need or want to run Android apps. You obviously own the wrong phone.
you can only install from marketplace slow immitation of android. nothing better, sorry =(
You will never be able to run Android apps on Windows Phone. WP is so locked down that it will never be possible. For one Android is Linux based.
How do you explain Gameboy emulators then?

The Nintendo Gameboy ran on Unix, and someone built an emulator for it for Windows Phone.
If it's possible to build something that emulates Unix, it's possible to build something that emulates Linux, and so it is possible to build something that emulates Android.
Please look at Purple Cherry X, how did they manage to emulate Gameboy roms on Windows Phone?
Also, BlueStack was written in C#, and Windows Phone apps are written in C#. See where I'm going with this?
since there's an android emulator on the Blackberry, I think that it IS possible to do this.

Google Pay on Verge

As Verge has NFC I am wondering is there a modified apk or something that would enable use of Google pay?
I mean no way! Amazfit based on Android, but its a closed system. I would be also happy if somebody port on it Wear Os,with working Play Store.

All three Amazfit Android watches are MIPS based, so very little chance of a Wear port, especially Wear OS.

My POV:
For iOS devices several Android emulators exist, hence noone must steal an Android app, but simply run it on such an emulator
Probably nobody is crazy enough to rewrite an Android app for running on iOS powered devices. Notice that Android apps are programmed in Java, iOS apps typically are programmed in Swift ( Apple's recommendation ) .

There are DIRECTV apks going back to 2016 that you can sideload and use especially when:
-- Crashing.
-- Won’t open.
-- Won’t respond.
-- Isn’t working properly.
-- Discontinued.
Not to mention that new updates may have many bugs that you may not be comfortable with. Developers tend to keep their apps updated with the latest version of Android. So, if you have an old or even new Android version, the new interface and features compatible with new Android version may break the app.
Your device hardware may not be compatible with the updated version of the app.
You may not like the newly added features or the interface overhaul.
Your favorite feature may get removed for any reason.
The updated version may get filled with ads.
