From pixel experience official telegram channel:
We're aware of a issue on now playing feature, a problem occurred in external api, this will be fixed soon.
Any bugs found on this build besides now playing not working?
tv does not work on its first version.
Under the "What's Working" list in the OP is FM radio. Unfortunately, I have to report FM is not working.
How is NFC? I skipped a few build because NFC wasn't working (even with all stock oreo firmwares).

NFC is now working if you were previously on stock Oreo (I would suggest that you first flash latest available stock Oreo rom, boot into it once and then flash pixel experience, if you want to flash this rom).

Check the bug fixes of 27-11 update.
NFC has been working correctly since then.
Okay so switched to this from ArrowOS 9.0.
So far so good. Loving this ROM.
One request would be to add the VoLTE icon on status bar. Its not showing for some reason. Did a clean flash.

Yes you are right. Using this for almost 2 days and haven't got LTE+ yet. Strange
How is the battery life when compared to stock Oreo?

I think Stock Camera Apps(incl GZOSP Pie) is Gcam(5.2.025.198487658).

Sorry but right now I am not on gzosp I will flash again and will try to give logs but this is the steps I took.
1)Clean flash
2)Flash gzosp
3)Flash open apps Aroma I select pixel launcher from it
4)Reboot
5)select pixel launcher as default launcher and it was crashing
I tested same with arrow rom and it was working fine so I think its not the issues with gapps.
The option to disable one sim card is gone
Opening camera by twisting or double pressing power button with the screen locked results in: 1) i need to unlock the device. 2) the camera opens but closes itself (not crashing) and i have to tap the icon so these gestures don't work with the screen locked (fingerprint)

No, for stock Oreo you have to flash Stock Nougat first and then other Custom ROM, otherwise some things will stop working as fingerprint and NFC.

If you had Stock Oreo then it won't work, as I said before, you have to flash Stock Nougat before flashing any custom ROM... I'm not really sure why this happens, but that's the only solution unless the problems comes WITH the custom ROM

First of all Thanks Dev. for PE 9.0 waiting for a long time Battery Life is similar as PE oreo ? & whats abt the stability or performance ?
Dark mode was better optimised in Oreo one. Even after enabling dark mode the settings ui is still light.

Safety net check success. No Google camera mod by default. One NAV working but it's not exactly named under the name one NAV, it's under the name fingerprint gestures. No system hi tuner so was unable to hide on screen NAV bar but then just enabled and disabled the on screen button settings and its hidden now. The phone is heating a little while charging( no heating in Oreo) but I guess it's a different issue.
P.s. unable to attach images. Shows Bad request.

Dont give wrong information. All upcoming pie roms are based on oreo firmware. So you can. Directly flash pixel experience over stock oreo. No need to flash nouget firmware.
We have shifted from nouget base to oreo base few days back
Hi guys, I am in Oreo Pixel Experience, and I want to try this Pie. Do i have to install anything else before flashing this rom? And if something is wrong, can I do a clean up cashe and restore the backup of existing oreo?

Then everyone will have troubles with fingerprint and it's a problem with the ROM that should be reported, ¿right?... I had the same troubles a couple hours ago and I fixed it by flashing stock Nougat and then flashing this ROM again... At first I've tried just flashing over the Pixel Experience 8.1 ROM cuz I thought the same and fingerprint, NFC and even SD card where not working
I just flashed the PE 9.0 rom over the PE 8.1 oct. build (did a wipe of system and cache before flashing, as usual) and it works great. FP didn't work but the previously linked zip worked great. Just a few things that needed a toggle: Hardware buttons and APN. All other settings remained and seem to be working fine. Android auto works this time
Will NFC work if I flash this from PE oreo or do I need to flash stock oreo first?

Excellent Rom, no lag and good battery. Overall, best pie rom performance.
My only concern is the app action/action services is not working for me.
Thanks.
What are the development over previous built?
Root?
Are the root features available? If not, how do I get de Root access?
I'm on a Pixel Experience Official 8.1 Oreo with Nougat Base (to make my FP and NFC work).
Will I get this update over OTA?
If not, I request you to guide me to update this manually.

There are two methods.
NOUGAT:
If you on nougat & you want this ROM you can try it but only thing is you have to change fp to Oreo base only.
Fp file to change base from nougat to Oreo
*Just flash this file after ROM & enjoy*
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_LAzJF_DjFVnIkYQox4WaX9kuzf45c9z/view?usp=drivesdk
OREO:
No need as it's Oreo based ROM.
NOTE:
If you are coming from 8.1 to 9.0 then you have to decrypt that device first...
STEPS FOR DECRYPTION
-GOTO TWRP
-GOTO WIPE SECTION
-SELECT FORMAT & TYPE YES(IF YOU GET ANY MOUNT ERROR OR 255 THEN AGAIN BOOT INTO RECOVERY & DO THE SAME PROCEDURE)
-FLASH THE ROM.
-ENJOY.
just downloading an hour ago, ive got a problem why the internet speed runs very slow, i try download some apps on playstore but download speed seems very slow its show 600 - 800kbps either on wifi or data. On other rom i can got almost 2mb/s on 4g+ or wifi mode.

Dunno about those. EIS seems to be working but I have a bit shaky hands XD
Do i need a special xml settings file for the Google camera? Thanks for this rom! Can you link me the kernel source?
Does this rom has that bug which many roms have, when you pull down notification bar, you cant press on navbar side, and navbar acts like it is on screen while it is hidden.
When i use youtube or play games, i pull down notification bar, then i cant press on 3 dots to change video quality.
okay, everything works. even got wifi calling and volte setting without the magisk module. only thing im facing is when i use fingerprint to look at notifications, it doesnt work when it is enabled/disabled. it act like a controller is connected to my phone and joystick moving a grey square.
also tested the thing i have mentioned above, it doesnt happen. all is good. also substratum works without a problem. gcam supports slo mo as i think it is the latest urny05x's version.

okay, everything works. even got wifi calling and volte setting without the magisk module. only thing im facing is when i use fingerprint to look at notifications, it doesnt work when it is enabled/disabled. it act like a controller is connected to my phone and joystick moving a grey square.

Same here. I've read about this issue on on older thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t/how-to/rom-pixel-experience-5t-t3838574. I've yet to try it though, since the fix will require root access.
Deleted due Mod request
