Using global ROM 10.0.11.0. Has downloaded the mtz file. When I try to import and apply the theme in the theme app I receive an error: Themes from third-party sources are not supported. error 402.

I have the same error, I found this solution on the MIUI forum, I'm trying it as I type...
"Download apps MIUI theme editor in playstore and open app - clik browse - your file themes.mtz - clik start - clik next - finish - your theme has been save do u install it - clik ok
if error third party themes you go to browser and register in xiaomi designer and submit waiting your account agree"

My theme store doesn't seem to work properly? I can't seem to search for the theme, everyone I do it says "can't connect to network" any ideas guys?

I compared this one with English version from the Theme store app (suggested by Mackay53) and both are great, so using the last one.
If you watch the video linked there is a statement at the end:-
"This phone costs 750, which seems to be a great deal".
Something gained in translation?
[for those with English as a second language: great deal = bargain OR great deal = a lot of money. Take your pick!]

I have Xperia L and can't use the Themer as it doesn't support for 782 x 480 resolution (Stock resolution of Xperia L) .
Can anybody having phone with 800 x 480 resolution share a ZIP of Theme here , so that I can download and try to apply it through MyThemes...???
First you'll have to Export theme by going to themer Setting > Settings > Advance>Export Theme
The Themes which are exported, are located in Storage>SdCard0>MyColorScreen>Themer>Exported>Zip Folder.

I saw your thread on gfan and flashed the ROM a couple of days ago, however, I lost ROOT... I think. I tried installing WSM tools and got a popup msg saying "Failed to get root access". Now, I've no clue why( no I didn't make any mistakes during the installation). (¬▂¬)
Isn't MIUI supposed to be rooted by default? Whenever I flashed MIUI in the past there was no need to manually re-root my devices and install SuperSU, it simply worked.

You must be rooted to have the edit mode?
Is this your work? If it is not you could give at least proper credits to the original dev...
Furthermore a working theme chooser is necessary to enable TW themes.

or if you are on any custom rom, theme choosers are already activated in most of the custom Roms.

Downloaded and installed and working fine. As far as downloading something from someone on their first post...if that was a bad idea then XDA would be a pointless website. Themers/Developers would have useless posts with nobody downloading anything. Nandroid backups are always "rule of thumb" when trying out anything new. So as far as your comment of fear of downloading something from someone new, I personally disagree.

Thank you for pointing that out and sorry to the OP if I sounded paranoid.
No one should fear to download themes from new users. I've started like him, doing some mods to the SystemUI or Touchwiz launcher for the original Galaxy Note. I never seen this user before, he doesn't have any other projects and his last connection was when he made this thread. If he made the theme, then this dude has a talent, since we don't have any System Dump or a leaked S6 firmware, these icons were made from scratch or he have a prototype of the S6 already rooted and working. If he didn't made it, then he would need to say who did it, give him credits and so. I've searched all over XDA, Google, and HTCMania and I didn't found it...

Do you have Theme Chooser? If you have them chooser then after you install the apk file, you would be able to find it straight in there

They have enought details. And look like the original S6 icons (compared by myself the SMusic icon and the Contacts icon with the ones from the system dump and are the same)

hey i used the theme app on our mi pad..its there.install an activity launcher then download and install a theme app from your pc as it do not connect to internet from in app.and search for the themes app in all activity.u will find it.now just go to offline and apply.done!

sry bro but it seems xiaomi disabled applying themes ..maybe they will release the theme engine for us too in near future maybe.
because i was able to import a theme but while applying i got an error.failed to apply from 3rd party themes or something like that.

the theme store is already installed on the system but is not active,I have also installed several apk store themes but it doesn't work.
there seems to be a restriction in the European version
Hello all i sure hope they enable the theme store just got mine today and sucks not having it i wonder if it has anything to do with the country settings I bought a UK model and i know with xiaomi phones if not the right settings you don't have the theme store just a thought

2)then the other apk
do a reboot then re-install apk theme V6.3
and normally you should have visible theme store

Well, this actually worked for my CPH1919 / Italy.
I first had Theme Store ver. 5.xx (can't remember) pre-installed. You do then install the one without a version numbre and afterwards the 6.3 on the list - et voilà, it works fine...

go to the system application manager then find the theme store,uninstall the updates then reinstall theme store 6.3

can you apply themes system wide? dark theme etc?
The Themes shop application is valid for all devices with no theme store,there are so many interesting themes, but it does not change the system
Is there any particular highlights in the theme stores?
as the UK model doesn't have the theme store but i'm not sure what i'm actually missing?

Both of the apks can not installed although i have cleared the cache of theme store and force close it.
Could you please help me?
