Hey, can't seem to figure out why sound mostly comes from the earpiece as opposed to through the phone speakers.
As an example, if I ask Google what the weather is, response sound comes from the earpiece.
Please help.

There is a week that I'm with my Xperia X10 and I noticed that its sound quality is terrible. First, when I'm listen to music, bass there isn't and it's not loud. Moreover, I noticed that the person with who I'm talking in a call can't listen my voice in a clean sound. All of them complain that it's muffled.
Is there any solution for this big problems???

unfortunately this is the worst thing about this phone.
let`s hope new upcoming update fix the problem.
for music i recommend poweramp as you can tweak your settings via EQ and for your voice muffling problem remember not to cover up the microphone thats located on the bottom left side on the phone

when i put in Headphone in phone and listen music everything is good but when call comes its horrible ultra loud
is it possible to make Ringtone very low when i have Headphone plug in phone? and also my speaker also play Ringtone And i dont want it when Headphones are plugin

i got a pair of Zolo Bluetooth earbuds. They work fine and both sound while i play videos or listening to music. The problem is during calls: only the right one works. It is not an hardware problem, and i read around that most of the headsets work this way (apple apart).
Do you might have a trick/mod/app/exploit to let the 2nd earpod sounds during calls?

Hey I have a problem with my top speaker on my mate 20 pro. The problem is low on call sound. I have tested the top speaker with Audio Tester app and top speaker works great when playing music or youtube videos etc. But when I call someone or accepted incoming call the volume on top speaker is very very low like I can barely hear voice. Loudspeaker and earpiece also works great while oncall.
Are there any settings to solve this problem.

Hi everyone.
Just got my Edge 40 Pro and made a few calls on it, noticed a mediocre sound quality.
In-call sound is muffled and there's a general lack of clarity to it.
WhatsApp voice messages suffer from the same issue.
Problem is both on earpiece and speakerphone mode.
Also noticed that the network tones - the beeps you hear before the called person answers the phone - are unequal in length, one is short, the next one is long, and they have a reverb-like noise.
Other media like YouTube or Spotify is unaffected; in fact it's crystal clear.
Can anyone relate on this?
All things considered, I'm thinking there's some badly tweaked "audio enhancement" at work here.
