In miui stock launcher I have more than 300 app in mi 6 and work very fast but in pocophone with 300 app Its speed is very low. I need standard miui launcher without drawer
How can I find stock miui launcher for Android pie 8.12.13 for pocophone?

Use Nova or Lawnchair as I don't think it is possible to use Mi Launcher unless someone ports it for our device.
i have many problem with this launcher
and another problem with pocophone touch screen so is slowly in all apps
There's working miui launcher on poco. I found it somewhere on this forum and I'm using it. You are flashing it via twrp. Search via Google or so.

Do you have the source where you got this file? I would like to look at the stock file and the zip apk to figure out the changes and thus keep an updated MiLaunch.apk

Hi Guys,
As you might know the oxygen 3.0 have been released yesterday, but as usual it comes with not necessary things that can make your phone slower (bloatware).
So i have created this thread to share with you the oxygen 3.0 debloated and deodexed. THIS IS NOT MY WORK (credits goes to @Seraph08 and @SuperR., i´m just sharing it with you guys.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1 - If you are coming from stock oxygen 3-0 and have installed the twrp for h2os you can download the file and clean install as a normal rom but after that you need to manually install flash Yash's supersu zip (https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24459283995297946) if you dont install this super su zip you wont be able to boot your device and it will get stucked on boot logo;
2- In other way if you are coming from the oxygen 2.2.1 or a mm based rom like cm13 or exodus (except h2os because for this you need the same twrp as this rom) you need to flash the stock oxygen 3.0 and then flash this one. both of your statements are incorrect.
3 users (including me) confirmed it's not booting, Seraph said Oxygen 3 is based on AOSPA

But also my statement needs correction, saying "this oxygenos 3.0 is basically my AOSPA but with a fingerprint scanner" means rather "this is stripped down, debloated oxygen3 rom, like it was an AOSPA 6.0 rom built by me if there were AOSPA sources" than "this is based on AOSPA".

I've been able to download and boot this ROM without issue. SuperSU, and Xposed flashed without a problem either.
I was stock OOS3 with the new bootloader and H2-MM recovery so...

What have you did? Rebbot in recovery (twrp h2os)-->full wipe-->flash rom-->flashsuper su-->flash xposed-->wipe cache and dalvick??

I´m using Marshmallow_Stock_570_ROM_Ultraslim and really happy with it. It´s really smooth, and everythings works(I don´t use NFC, so don´t know about it). But camera, wifi, etc... All looks fine.

Just wonder....if we can develop a MIUI 10 custom roms.....???? make it lighter and more snappy.....for POCOPHONE.....F1.....
We have the MIUI 10 beta , just be aware if you do update while unrooted you will be stuck there with OTA's.
Rooting and TWRP might allow downgrade to MIUI 9 but I haven't bothered rooting yet...
MIUI 10 Rom development might start now some Devs have a shiny new Pocophone F1 to play with...

I have been using Globe ROM for Poco F1 for the last few days and I must say that its great. Its based on Xiaomi.eu but has a few extra features and customisation options. Have used this extensively on my Mi MIx as well and they were very good on that device too.
Actually global is official ROM from Xiaomi. Xiaomi.eu is custom ROM stock based so you must've miss understood something

acfually what i meant....MIUI customize i.e. with lockscreen and home screen in landscape mode....maintain stock camera....improvise photo gallery....hope will see some devs develop custom stock MIUI 10 with more customize features etc.

yup love it though i have tried with most of the custom roms...developed recently for Poco....still in love with themes.....and stock camera.....
however it will awesome to see stocks apps been port in into variety of custom roms available now here......

He is talking about Globe rom and not Global. MI-Globe is all together much better imo from xiaomi.eu.

Refer to the link that I have shared to customize your own Globe version ROM. Though, it still uses the same xiaomi.eu base but it offers more customisation. Most importantly, you can choose your GPS config for your region unlike xiaomi.eu which uses Europe config as a standard.

So you can't install it without the invitation even if you have the zip file?
Then, EEA version is more updated than Global? Why? Is impossible to convert Global to EEA withouth unlock bootloader?

I've tried to update to this EEA ROM via updater app and failed. It gives an error about different carrier than my current ROM, something about that.. I'm on latest Global.
