Hi,
I want to create a lock screen for my amazfit bip so that it hides most part of the screen and shows only the time and a logo.
I've created the images, but the weather icon and text is still there. How can I put them below the lock image?
Thanks in advance!
Share the .bin file and i‘ll check it
The lock image must cover all parts except the time (and the other things you want to see)
I have a question too. I've made a digital watch face with seconds and thought of covering the seconds up while the screen is locked (in order to save juice). So I made a PNG lock image that's all transparent except for the seconds. All looks great in the WF editor, but when I install the WF on the Bip, it somehow screws up the display. No matter what I try, the seconds keep ticking and something else gets covered up instead.
I've uploaded it.
Strange. It seems to me it works not as I've expected:
"ImageIndexOn" is shown when the screen is unlocked.
Is this OK?

I'm trying to figure out how to change or create "always on" clock faces, you know the black and white ones that stay on indefenitely. It seems only 2 or 3 of the stock faces that come preloaded have a decent "always on" analog watchface. Don't see a way to change in watch styler, or any other watch face for that matter. I'll attach a picture of what I'm referring to on the next post. People seem to be confused about what I'm talking about.
this is the black and white always on watchface from the stock blue Samsung watch face.

If you go to Settings>Display>Wake-Up Screen and change it to Last Screen and you have it set to wake up with "gestures", the last screen will appear when the watch wakes. If you make sure the last screen is always the watch face, it will always wake with the watch face instead of the power saving "basic" watch face.
By the way, how did you set that watch face to come on? Haven't seen that one. I only get digital clocks when the watch wakes (unless I have it set the way I talk about above).
Just set clock to always on. You don't have to wake it with any gestures to see it. The monochrome dial is always on. When you wake it up with gesture it shows the dial in color (but with all the mini sub-dials not showing). The full display shows when you touch the screen or the home button.
So to sum up, for the first 3 watch faces there are 3 different looking states.
1- Always on - monochrome (pictured above)
2- Gesture wake - color, no sub dials
3- Fully on with sub dials.
I think this is a bug – but it may be a stupid question on my part. Apologies if so. I'm primarily an iOS user on mobile, and the Gemini (which I'm loving so far…) is my first serious experience of Android.
OK, so I was playing with customisation options for my home screen, and although I actually really like the default dark blue starfield background that comes preset on the machine, I decided to swap it for an 'early morning sky' photo that I typically use on all my mobile devices. (It's a photo I took myself years ago, and works really well as a backdrop.)
After touching 'Set wallpaper', I elected to set my new background for both home screen AND lock screen. Fine; that worked OK and looks good. But I subsequently changed my mind and wished I'd stuck with the standard starfield for the lock screen. So I went back to the wallpaper options to change the lock screen only.
At this point I discovered the problem/bug. The thumbnail of the starfield picture is still there to be selected, and if I touch it, it covers the screen like it did before, so everything appears OK. However, when I click on 'Set wallpaper' and choose the option, regardless of what I choose (home screen, lock screen or both), there's a pause and then the starfield vanishes, leaving me with a completely black background. I can set the background image to any new photo that I supply myself without problems, but any attempt to reapply the original starfield graphic fails, which is rather a shame.
Can anyone tell me where I can locate the starfield graphic on the system? I've tried browsing the file system (with hidden files visible) but haven't found it. Or can anyone perhaps supply the file so that I can copy it back to the device if perhaps it only now exists in a cache or some such problem? I'd really like to get the image back.
Thank for any help.

Can confirm I have the same issue after re-flashing with the latest stock Android. Explains why I've still got a black screen!
+1 , same thing seen (or not seen if you prefer lol)

I believe this is a bug. I got around this by a long winded method. I selected the "star field" thumbnail so it covers the screen. At this point I took a screen shot by pressing Fn + R and then you can go to your gallery app, select the screen shot image, crop anything you don't want such as the bar at the top and then set the edited screen shot as your background. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. That's a good workaround.
I writing to users which creating watch faces fro Amazfit Verge in VergeIT web site. I checked and tried all watch faces from this site and some i like it very much, but there is no perfect things in the world, so i want to ask you, who created these watch faces or know these guys, maybe can to fix issues which have these watch faces or to edit some problems which is in these watch faces. Watch faces for Verge is downloaded from VergeIT.it web site. This is no mine and i added these watch faces here only to show which i want that to be fixed and changed.
1. OranGiulyDigit - this watch face is almost perfect, but is blue ball which running like seconds around in screen (sometime showing it when hand wrist up (lifting)). Can you remove it? If is possible will be great to change colour from orange to dark blue or similar to dark blue. Watch face is in this web site - http://www.vergeit.it/#/apk (scroll to down web site). By the way is steps, heart rate, battery widget, but will be good if someone add weather widget too. By the way all watch faces have the same problem. Verge watch have "turn off light screen" mode (Lock screen section). When is activated this mode must show in black screen only time widget/clock. That how is in original Amazfit watch faces. These all watch faces just a little bit dim and showing the same widget and clock as without this mode. Please change that. The same was in GreatAp GreatFit watch face and GreatApo changed that, he add option to turn off widget which i don't want to see. So please do the same with all others watch faces from VergeIT. Even with these watch faces which i added here like example here and to show which i liked and ect.
2. SRSteflogo - this watch faces is the best probably from all which are in VergeIT or others web site which probably know most users here. Then what's wrong? First at all need to change language from Italic to English (week's days name is in Italic language, need to change to English), second will be great to change colour from blue to dark blue or similar to it, which is Verge blue watch colour. All others things is good. By the way please remove VergeIT logo at all, looks weird and if say honest silly. Why need it at all? Coz others stealing yours watch faces? But you do the same, i saw myself one was stolen from other creator, also another in other web site stolen this watch face, coz you stolen from him his watch face (he wrote that). So please stop fighting and do watch faces without these logo. Watch Face is in VergeIT.it web site. By the way this watch face also is named as "SRDigital White"
3. LCDBWDigitlibverge or SR BW Digital everything si fine with him jus diming and widget problem which is in all watch faces created from VergeIT - need to remove all widget when is activated "low light screen" mode in Verge watch. Of course more information (widget) in screen will be great like weather, heart rate and ect. Coz right now is showing only steps and battery status.
4. ReversSrlibverge or SR_Revers is the same as others just diming problem when is activated "low light screen" mode (clock in black background must to show only)
Looks like that's all. Thanks in advance which will edit and will fix these watch faces mentioned problems, issues and ect. I'm very thankful for that. And please edited watch faces upload here. Thanks.
Hey! I am a happy owner of an Amazfit Bip for nearly half a year now. I have had no problems except for the firmware update in the beginning, but once I used Notify and Fitness for Amazfit, I found it to be a reliable fitness tracker that gives me excellent battery life.
However, out of the blue I recently got a problem. Everytime the backlight comes on while on a watchface, the entire screen washes out to a grey colour. As far as I can see this only happens on the watchface.
Also, since this has been happening, when the watchface updates (like to show a change in minutes), the screen flashes black for a split second. I believe the content is still shown, it just flashes black the white elements (its hard to tell as it is so fast).
This backlight screen issue only seams to happen on the watchface screen. I have tried changing the watchface to see if it does anything different, but it still gives me the grey screen. It is very strange. Is this a problem someone has come against and what did they do to fix it?
Factory reset the watch and pair with latest Amazfit Watch app and test, if the same problems happen then probably it's a hardware issue (you must replace the watch). Notify and Fitness is a hack, the only official companion app is Amazfit Watch, any firmware modification using other apps can cause problems or even brick the watch...
I tried the suggestion and it seams to be a hardware problem. For some reason using a dark watchface minimises the problem so I will just use a dark watch face till a new version comes out. Thank you.
Hello there,
I own a Pixel 5 and I want to replace or get rid of the wallpaper during the first sim/pattern phase.
When you restart the phone the first thing you see is the spinning Google logo. That's fine the way it is.
Now the next thing you see is the unlock sim card dialogue. During that phase, till you entered your pattern or used your fingerprint the first time, there's some ugly pinkish default background picture. It has nothing to do with the set wallpaper/theme you've chosen for your desktop or lock screen. In fact, I can't even find that picture on the pre-installed themes and wallpapers that come with the phone.
Now I know, you don't restart your phone that often. But it's ugly and still bothers me. I would even prefer a solid black background at the phase. Is it possible? Thanks in advance.
