Volume control - Huawei Mate 20 Pro Questions & Answers

Hi all,
Was hoping someone might be able to help out a little, I've paired the Samsung iconx with the Samsung gear app and it's connecting and working with Bluetooth but I cannot seem to control the phone volume using the earphones, it seems to have a separate volume control.
It's not a big issue, I'll definitely not lose sleep over it but if anyone knows of a fix I'd appreciate it! Other than this I'm really enjoying the Mate 20!

[Q] Permanent solution to too low In-call volume on headset

Hi,
I'm on Galaxy S2; Android 2.3.3; KE7.
When using headphones on my device the volume is great for music, videos, youtube, and even skype. However for some reason it's only around half of that level when calling (even tough the volume is set to maximum).
I've done some google research and found out that it's quite a common issue with this phone. A workaround has been found by using some codes. However, it is not a permanent solution.
I've found a post which says that someone had called Samsung and they acknowledged the issue and will send them a new phone where this issue has been fixed.
1) Has anyone found a permanent solution to increasing the volume of the call when on headset?
2) I've also found a post where someone says that apparently Samsung will fix this issue in Android 2.3.4. Can you confirm this? When will this be available? If it's longer than 1-2 weeks I will have to send my phone for a refund/exchange (although I love it).
Your advice on the above is much appreciated.
Hi, I've done some further research and I think I've found the solution:
First make sure that your sound is on (as you can't access the volume settings in the silent mode) -> press the Menu button -> Settings -> Sound -> Volume -> and then increase the 'Incoming call' volume.
I've just tested the call volume when on headset and it has been increased to a more that enough level. Great. My love to this phone is growing
Now I have to figure out how to disable the camera shutter sound....but that's a question for another post...
It seems that the solution above worked for some time but now my phone started to deliver very low call volume when on headphones. Maybe it's due to the Android update, I don't know.
However I found that the issue is related to the media volume. For example when I listen to music and turn the volume low then this affects the incoming call volume and it becomes low as well.
The solution to this problem seems to be: make sure that the music volume is max before you want to make a call. I've just tested it an is seems to do the trick.
It would be great to hear to another solutions to this problem for unrooted phones.
Heard this app works well,

[Q] No Bluetooth Audio please help

I just bought a Creative labs Sound BlasterAxx 10 and when I try to use it I get no sound from my galaxy note I am running on stock firmware with the latest updates. I have tried everything I can think of soft reboot, volume control checked, it pairs fine because I tested a call where the other person could hear me but I couldn't hear them. I used songbird and winamp both for sound and nothing happened. I checked my Bluetooth profiles and checked and unchecked the music and phone boxes that are there and I am not sure what to do. The phone used to have sound in my car as well through Bluetooth but it stopped working as well so I am sure it is an issue with the phone. sorry for the long rant but im at my wits end here please help!!

[Q] Noob with an xperia T Bluetooth volume issue

Please go easy on me if this has been asked before or it is in the wrong section.
Basically the xperia t seems to have a bug with Bluetooth volume, this has been put to Sony many times but they are not interested.
The situation is that I can connect my Bluetooth headphones and Bluetooth car connect, all the volumes are already set to max, I press the volume up button and this will confirm the volume for Bluetooth is also at max, however the volume is sill only really about half.
However if I go to settings, sound, volumes I can see they are all set to max, however if I touch the ringer volume to max it will play my ringtone, beating in mind it was already at max I was just redoing the max. However after doing that the volume is doubled, much more like the level I would expect.
This seems like a glitch to me?
What I want to know or would really appreciate help with is, if I root my phone can I apply some sort of mood or custom Rom or something that could fix this issue for me.
Other than this and the WiFi dropping out which I can live with, I love the firmware, but I know no better really.
I am happy to root my phone and even install a custom Rom if that's the best solution and it will fix the issue, but I would also be happy keeping the Sony firmware as I like it, just can't live with ridiculously low volume in the car, and don't want to have to spend time fiddling about to correct the volume issue every time before I can set off.
Please go easy on me if I have done wrong, I would just really appreciate any help our advice anyone can give me. Thank you

[Q] Viper4Android Bluetooth Issue

I tried to see if a similar question had been asked and answered, but could not find anything quite on point so I am hoping someone can help me with this issue.
I have Viper4Android installed on my rooted Moto X and have been using it forever without issue under the "headset" tab. I just got a bluetooth headset and have been experiencing some weird problems. I loaded up the same profile for the bluetooth tab as my headset, but it seems like volume almost "flutters" at times.
When the phone is connected to my bluetooth headset it tends to occur when the chorus of a song hits and the bass is more pronounced. It sounds like the volume decreases for a bit and then once there is less bass the vocals get louder again. However, I don't experience the same thing when I hook up the same headset to my phone with a cable.
I am trying to figure out whether it might be my phone, the headset or a setting on Viper that I need to adjust for when it is using bluetooth as opposed to a wired connection. Thanks for any advice!

I've tried heaps and heaps of booster apps and different music players but nothing works.
Google has led me here.
I'm a total been as far as rooting and stuff goes so I need something relatively easy.
