I know this is Xperia U forum. And What I wanted to say is I am also an Xperia U user and developed a JB based ROM and currently bcoz of issues with my laptop cant port any ROMS.
If any kind developer here can make or port Lollopop based roms for Xiaomi REDMI 1s?
This is a request from all the users of REDMI 1S.
I know that there are many great developers in Xperia forums. Can any one of them take part in Lollipop ROMS for REDMI 1S? Kernel Surce is also released by XIaomi.
There were many guys who are ready to be beta testers if u start work.
I know about the devs here and everybody wanna make most out of the device. I respect all the Devs here bcoz of the ROMS I have used on my Xperia U.
ALL REDMI 1S users are waiting for developers who can make it. There is no active developer in REDMI 1s forum.

Hi all. I want to make a port for our Redmi note 3 but I don't know how to port. If anyone knows or have the guide to port android n roms for Kenzo from hydrogen please post it below or provide the link so that I can start porting.

surfing xda I found this semi GSI of oxygenOS, I leave the link to see if some dev is encouraged to port it, I think it would be highly valued in the forum this port

It is my humble request to developers that please make latest Redmi 2 MIUI 9 Global stable rom Port to Yu Yunique 47111 .... I love MIUI interface ... many Users still on MIUI 8 but its outdated... I know MIUI porting very difficult... but someone port it if possible.... I have no knowledge about poring.. i have tried lot of tuitorial for that but no success for porting MIUI 9..... I am ready if testing needed...

I`m new here on xda developers so please forgivemy mistakes.
Currently I have a Xiaomi Redmi 8a and i would like to flash a custom rom but I just can`t find any.
I also tried porting Lineage OS from the 7a to the 8a but I ran into a lot of issues.
My Question is:
Are there any custom roms for my device that I could flash?
Porting a rom from Redmi 7a to 8a would be easy for someone with experience since they almost have the exact same specs but I am unable to do that.

If you don't mind that there're some missing device features like d2tw... You can use GSI roms, i have writen a guide for it. And if you find that difficult to use without those features, just wait and someone may build a device spectific rom.
But you may notice that there is no custom rom, except Mokee for Redmi 7A. They tend to use GSIs than build a rom -)))))))

I used it. everythings good save for the fact that there is not VoLTE support and fixes dont work . Any idea on that
You can get a custom rom now on Redmi 8/8A roms topic because they are already unified
