My Pace is set for the Do Not Disturb to be automatically on every night but I still get notifications unless I manually turn it off. Does anyone else have this problem ?
I use the Amazmod app but have that set to not forward notifications is DND is enabled on the watch.
Probably you meant "Silent mode" on watch (there is no DND). AmazMod only respects this setting regarding CustomUI notifications (the ones you can reply to), the other notifications and handled by the firmware. So if you are getting notifications while Silent mode is enabled, probably you want to factory reset (PS: it erases all data on watch) then pair again. If it doesn't fix the problem, then do the same but do NOT restore old data to watch after pairing.
Amazfit call it DND. I have tried resets & the problem doesn't always happen. Once in a while it will buzz when I am asleep unless I set DND manually. The Amazmod app just says "Disable when DND is ON" It doesn't say that it differentiates between notifications.
I am going to delete the Amazmod app for a while & see if it makes a difference.

Well in that case either the App is at fault or the Watch. I would guess it's the watch as once DND is selected it shouldn't let any notifications though. Unless the App has a way to overide the watch.
It could be something to do with the auto DND not always switching DND off. I will report it to Amazfit.

Is it just me or is the latest Twitter version (3.0.0) lack push notifications? It used to be present in the older versions but the new version sort of removed it. Is there anyone else here able to get push notifications and can someone guide me to getting it?
working fine for me
you sure youve ticked the box wanting notifications? if you have id either clear data or uninstall and reinstall
No problems here. As suggested above, try uninstall+install again... or log in/out.

Did that before but shall try it again. Is it under menu -> settings -> account name -> tick sync data? But below it it has an option for sync intervals, meaning Twitter refreshes at fixed intervals instead of having instant push notifications. Is there anything I'm missing?

I don't have my phone in front of me, so I may be wrong, but if you disable the refresh intervals, it should switch to push, unless you completely disable notifications.

There is no way to disable refresh intervals. It has options ranging from 5minutes to 4hours but no way to disable unless you disable notifications completely. And even though I've set 1hour refresh interval I did not receive notifications for a mention from a friend today even though the mention happened 4 hours before I woke up and technically with a 1hour refresh interval I should have received a notification.
Did you ever figure out this issue? I did a reinstall and I still am stuck with set intervals.
Hi!
I am not getting any notifications pushed to my G Watch any more.
Usually, the watch vibrates and shows a notification card when e.g. I receive a new mail (K-9) or a new Threema message. However, it has stopped now. I still see new messages on my mobile, but my watch just seems to ignore them completely.
The watch is connected to the mobile (there is no crossed out "cloud" symbol on the display) and I also still receive calendar schedules on my watch.
I have browsed through all the settings, but I cannot find anything that seems to be configured wrong.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Did you mute the watch on accident? Swipe down from the top of the screen on the watch and if you see a bell with a line through it the watch is muted which means no notifications will be shown or buzzed.

I have already checked that the watch is unmuted. It also does vibrate, e.g. on incoming calls.
It's just that notifications from the notification bar do not appear on the watch any more. I also checked the "Security" - "Notification Access" (roughly translated from German, I hope you know what I mean) configuration on the mobile and verified that the "Android Wear" app is enabled.

I removed the bluetooth pairing, deinstalled all Wear related apps, made a factory reset on the watch, started from the very beginning. And still... No notifications.
I hate my G Watch... :crying:
I feel like an idiot... :silly: I have tried everything on my watch. However, after restarting my Nexus 5, notifications are shown on the watch again.
Over the last month or so, my phone has been randomly activating DND mode. It seems like I did not have this issue when I had tilt to wake turned off, so I'm wondering if my watch is causing this. I've also posted in my phone's forum with no responses. Has anyone else experienced this with the Zenwatch? Is there some gesture that activates it?
What is Do not Disturb mode?
Is it just going silent? There is a DND switch in the android wear app that silences the phone when the watch is connected, is that off?
DND is the new silent mode that silences all notifications except alarms and priority.
My ZW2 automatically goes into DND when the power save feature kicks in at 15%.
Yeah you can put the phone and watch into "do not disturb" mode by swiping down from the top of the screen and turning it on or off. I'm wondering if this is somehow accidentally getting switched on there or if it is a software bug with the phone. You can set it to come on on a schedule on the phone, but I have never set that option up.

Ok, the watch is definitely causing this. My phone was in the middle of an upgrade for Android and I noticed that the watch had switched over to Do Not Disturb while it was disconnected from the phone. I may be due for a factory reset.

So, I finally figured out what is causing this. You can enable Do Not Disturb entirely through gestures with the watch. If you twist your arm towards you with the screen on, it will pull down the menu from the top that has your battery and the button for do not disturb. If this menu is open, a quick downward flick of your arm will enable do not disturb. Apparently, I am doing this combination of motions fairly often.
You are a lifesaver with this tip!
The strange thing is that after a while my Zenwatch also does not receive any agenda items (agenda simply shows no items) nor will it receive any notifications (calls, emails etc) whenever the DND issue arises even though I exit DND mode. Until now the only solution I have found to this is doing a hard reset on both my phone (HTC M8 running latest GPE marshmallow) and the Zenwatch 2. The usual tricks like clearing the watch and the Android Wear app do not resolve this.
Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

I never ran into that issue. Mine seemed to go back to normal once I disabled DND. However, my phone had some issues with DND and settings would crash if I tried to adjust the DND settings. I think that this was just a weird issue with my phone and not related to the watch.
I have not had DND enable since I turned off wrist gestures in the watch settings. I also sent feedback to Google requesting to be able to customize or remove items from that drop-down menu. Maybe if others who are experiencing this issue do the same, they will implement some kind of fix.
Hello ,
I have already read similar threads for this problem but still cannot fix my problem .
Only calls notifications works, it does not show me notifications from facebook , gmail, viber etc , I've already tried unpairing and pairing again with the phone, factory reset and uninstalling and reinstalling the amazfit watch app on the phone but nothing changed.
I checked the app blacklist and everything is enabled , this issue starts today , the previous weeks the watch works fine
Anyone can help me please?

Obviously I did restart my phone plenty of times
UPDATE:
After many restarts of my phone, 3-4 factory resets, and unistall - reinstall the amazfit app at least 2 times. It seems that the watch works fine again !
I dont know the problem is fixed (hopefully wont happen again) but just restarting your phone may fix the problem (may not work after the first restart, keep restarting your phone)
I also contacted amazfit to inform them , and they told me the same things
I am posting their answer:
If you can see them from the notification bar but can't see them through your watch, please check the following steps to troubleshoot your issue.
1) Check if you enabled the "silent mode" on the watch. If you enabled silent mode, you can't receive any notifications at all.
2) Enable the notification in the app
On the home screen of the Amazfit Watch app, select Notification Settings.
Tap the toggle switch to enable or disable push notification on your watch.
To enable or disable specific notifications, select App blacklist settings.
If you still can't receive the notification, please try the following:
Android
1: Go to settings --> manage apps' battery usage --> choose apps. From there, pick all the apps you want to receive push notifications and select "No restrictions."
2: Go to settings --> permissions --> autostart. From there, pick the apps you want to receive notifications, and toggle the switch to turn it on.
3: Lock the app in the "recent apps"/ "app overview" plane. Do so by first opening the apps, then press the "recent apps/overview button" . From there, find the app you want to receive notifications, pull down on it to "lock it", so it never gets cleared.
Hopefully this might help someone in the future
I think we need an update. Nothing of all them works for me.
I also have the same problem, watch only alerts me of the incoming call, no other notifications are pushed to amazfit pace...
Hi, I've got an amazfit stratos on the latest firmware version. I've got auto dnd set up to start at 23.30 and finish at 07.00. The only problem is, it mostly never starts. Some times it starts, but then it doesn't disable itself at 7.
If I enable it manually, even if I'm inside the dnd period, since I did it manually now I gotta disable it manually as well. The only way to make it work (when I find out it's disabled or enabled) is to go to the watch's settings, and modify the auto dnd time by like a minute up or down. Then it enables / disables itself according to whether I am inside or outside of the time period. The following evening it does the same and I gotta do the same.
It even has waken me up in the middle of the night.
I'm getting tired of it. I use amazmod as well and I've got it set up to follow the watch's dnd situation, but since the watch doesn't go into dnd, amazmod keeps sending me notifications.
Anything I can do?
I have the same issue with it. My workaround is disable and enable auto DND, something more or less that you do

No fix then. It's just that I've never seen anyone else complain about it so I thought it must have been a fault with mine. Thanks.
