Need help with unlocking and rooting , unlock OEM is blocked ! - Honor 10 Questions & Answers

Hello , i tried to unlock the bootloader with fastboot , i get message that this phone is unlocked and can't be trusted
but i can't enable this option ( Enable OEM unlock) - picture in the attachment

FRP locked (in red)
any help to unlock the oem option so i can flash magisk and root ?
my device model : COL-L29
EMUIVersion : 9.0.0

Its emui 9 issue i had this. 9.0.0.159
Either wait for next ota or downgrade

Same device, but Huawei has blocked the ability to request the key to unlock the bootloader, how did you unlock it?

i did request the bootloader code before they stop giving it to the people

From what I found, Huawei disabled OEM unlock on purpose. Will keep looking for more info

do you think downgrade may help ? and is there anyway i can downgrade without the hi suite ?
