Today i was trying to show a friend how to make google assistant work and started making a little tutorial to send him in form of a little video!
When we start recording the phone ask if we want to use mic. i said yes! but now OK GOOGLE don´t work.
Is this a bug?
Can i get pass this and record me talking to Google assistant?
I have a mate 20 pro build .153 dual sim 128/6gb

Hey ppl,
i recently bought my new ZTE Z9 Classic but somehow it seems that my microphone sounds bad when I take a voice note in whatsapp. As soon as I call someone or take a call, everything just sounds fine. Maybe its using the wrong microphone or both (noise cancellation and normal one) all I can say is that when I call someone it sounds normal, too when I record my voice via sound recorder. Somehow whatsapp is the only app which doesn't properly detect my microphone...
Newest firmware installed, device rooted and newest version of Whatsapp avialable.
Is someone out there who can help me?

Hi there,
i've recently unlocked bootloader and rooted my Mate 10 PRO and came to an conclusion that call recorder is missing in stock Dialer app. It's available on Chinese firmwares by default but not on the European ones.
There's a guide on how to enable call recording but decidated to Mate 9 / P9 / P9 PLUS on EMUI 5. and Honor 8 on EMUI 4.
I wonder whether it'll work on Mate 10 PRO.

bold beast call recorder (all possible settings produced nothing: disabled HWVoice assistant, ok google etc related to voice recognition, tried all recording modes)
ACR Call Recorder - working quite nice but it's an 3rd party app and sometimes doesn't work
Any tips? Maybe there's someone who have tried mentioned devices guide and made it work on our model?
I purchased my mate 10 Alp-l29 (c636) on Wondamobile. I found out though that the international firmware does not support native call logging. All the applications to record the calls I have tried do not work well. How can I do to solve the problem? Do I have to mount a Chinese firmware

Hi everyone, I succesfully upgraded to Android 10 yesterday, and I do love this update, but now today, since wanting to use Discord, because I play videogames with friends, the app won't recognize my microphone (it worked normally with Android 9 a day before), when a friend called me he couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear him, they can't hear my voice in Messenger calls and I can hear them, but Whatsapp videocalls work without a problem, and voice messages too, Whatsapp normal calls also don't work. I have a P30 Play, I bought this from China but it hasn't given me a problem since then, only incompatibility with a pair of Sony Headphones. It had the Nov 2018 update and didn't receive any updates until I updated it. I followed this guide here to do it, as I said it worked without a problem: androidinfotechdotcom/motorola-one-p30-play-regular-android-10-stock
I don't know what else to do, if I have to downgrade can anyone give me a link for Android 9 please? Tho I really hope it doesn't come to that, since Android 10 is great for me
Edit: I fixed it! Yay! I reinstalled Android 10 with a newer update from this forum, the mic works correctly and as intended to, my friend told me, my voice sounds even clearer in this update.
To record a phone call and keep it for myself or my lawyer, is legal in my country.

I had android 6(on huawei phone) and i used to record with the app "cube acr", everything worked fine.
Now i own a phone with android 11, i downloaded cube acr but i cannot record, i hear very very low volume.
If i change the recording source i cannot hear anything, it is completely silent.
If i use the "default" phone dialer app, which is "google phone", i can record and the recording is very good in terms of audio.
But i dont like it because is not automatic plus i hear "recording started". Also i read that the other person might know that im recording them.
I want cube acr app to work or a similar app, i dont like google recording.
Can anyone help me or suggest me a way to fix the problem so i can record with a third-party app?
Do you think there is a problem somewhere? Maybe a conflict of some sort?

If you installed the cube acr app from Google Play Store and you are used to this recording app, I suggest you contact the developer of this app for help.
Perhaps, he/she will develop & distribute a new edition which perfectly supports Android 11 soon.

Anyone can help me. I got an issue about my microphone. I use Redmi Note 4 Quallcom with Pixel Experience 10 Latest Rom.
My voice can't be heard when I pick up the phone, not only on phone call but also on whatsapp call. I can't record my voice also on my voice recorder app. But I always use google voice while typing on google keyboard. It is use microphone when using google voice, isn't it? That's why I'm not sure this is the hardware problem.
I try to reach out on any article and youtube but it says that the google assistant (OK Goolgle) must be off. I've tried this one but no result.
If you have any way to fix this problem please comment. Thank you.
