Hi there
I have my Huawei Mate 20 pro and it has a strange issue
I like to have manual brightness activated
When ever i go into whatsapp... Dialler... Or any thing which has white background then screen brightness dims considerably and ita very annoying.
Its the most expensive fone of Huawei and it shouldn't happen at all.
When it comes out to home screen then it restores the brightness
Tell me the solution or am quitting the fone
Even in Chrome its the same damn brightness lessing issue

I believe someone has tried this it works but they said that the battery app usage doesn't show up.
I'm not sure if this is a one off or will affect all.

Install ADB onto your computer
Active USB debugging on phone in developer settings
Connect phone to computer open command window
Type ADB shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.huawei.powergenie
Reboot the phone
You will lose the battery app usage, but all other usage is there still.

Sir if doesn't work then how to revert back to normal
Use "pm disable-user --user 0 com..." instead. If you want to revert back to normal, send the same command while replacing the "disable" with "enable"
The phone is heaps better performance with the power genie gone, the ram is faster smoother graphics seems better and colours seem more vibrant and crisp. The battery performance is phenomenal. 10 hours SOT with 9 % left after watching YouTube videos, Facebook, Slotomania .

Weird! It is stating that no bytes have been transmitted or received. Try looking into the app title on google to find out more.

DM stands for device manager & It is the interpreter between the Hardware and the software/OS for the various devices on the phone. for instance the USB port and camera, Mic, bluetooth adapter etc.
To stop it dial ##3424# hit menu then enable then restart and check again if it pops up. to disable, dial ##3424# hit menu then disable then restart and check again if it pops up.

Hello friends,
I am having a issue on my S3. I am using 4.1.2 which is updated from 4.1.1 just a few days back. My problem remains the same before and after the software upgrade.
The problem is when I dial a call, after the call the ended my dial-up sceen just got messed up. Everything went crazy, see the screenshot.
Link # webcare360.us/images/2013/01/27/bGrO.png
Secondly, while messaging in inbox it just crashes and says no messages to display and so I have to restart my mobile, and after the restart all messges are back,
Any help please?

Same for messages but only cache couse you might lose the operator phone center and won't be able to send messages.

That worked, thank you brother. !!
Actually I already flashed a stocked ROM but again flashed it and wiped via recovery.
Is anyone else having to wait when typing fast on the keyboard? Or perhaps using a faster than stock keyboard?
When I type it lags behind and has trouble keeping up.
That's the only problem I have with the phone.

I don't have any keyboard issues. Which keyboard are you using? Google Keyboard or the Huawei keyboard?
Changing the power settings to normal fixed it for me.
Google keyboard.... But the last one got it... Just set power settings to normal and all is well with the world again
And some cracked apps make your phone sluggish, make sure to get apps on trusted site or store, when I format to factory default and just get apps from amazon, opera, Google store, runs smooth at it should be
The Google keyboard doesn't ever give me problems, but I've had to stop using Swype. It lags so badly it becomes completely unusable. I'll try changing the settings you guys mentioned because I really miss Swype.

yes, change to normal battery settings, phone still lasts 2+ days, and keyboards are just as fast.
Is there any way to automatically put the watch in silent mode every night from 23:00 till 07:00?
Unleashed by my M1 NOTE
If i'm correct if you put your phone in silent mode the watch will follow this setting. So you can do this by setting a automatic rule on your phone.

No it doesn't.
I am using automateit to do exactly what you had just described, but the watch continues to work as normal.

On what version of Android are you?
Do you have the don't disturb mode?
With Marshmallow if i put my phone in do not disturb mode the watch follows even the automatic rules.

Not sure if there is a lot of difference between this setting in 5.1 or 6.1 or how this works with Android wear but you should be able to set a time through settings ( see picture) wen you want your phone to be silent en on Marshmallow tis setting will copy to your watch.

It MAY be because you're using a 3rd party app instead of the stock Do Not Disturb Mode. Not sure though.

I just tested that.
I activated DND at the phone manually and no change at the watch.

Then it must have something to do with 5.1 why it won't work. I know the app automagic has some Android wear function to automate some settings maybe that app works..
