I don't think so. I installed the update yesterday. But still battery standby drain at night.
Same here, im using mi8, pls fix asap!
I'm experiencing better battery backup on this update.

still bad on my used
1 H Pubg (smooth setting) = 40 %
after update to 10.2.1 my battery drained up so fast but after 10.2.2 it has improved but I think 10.2.0 battery performance much better.

IM using minicm7 pro v17 , alot of battery drain , but ginger dx fine
I'm using minicm7 pro with no battery drain
don't forget to turn off bluetooth, wifi off with the ''never turn off'' governor ans turn the data off when you don't use it
It would be a god's phone if no battery draining, so we just charge the phone once and never plug it in again in the charger for the rest of our life just kidding.
so for the rom with slow battery draining, I should agree with above comments, mostly have a good battery drain at the moment (latest version of MiniCM7 Pro, GDX and GinTonic, all is ginger bread), MiniCM7 Pro seem has a worse bat drain, because several app that need data transmission runs in background without our permission, as long you always turn of 3G & Data traffic when not using it, it would be fine.

like in 5.0.1 android memory leak problem was caused primarily...beacuse of a bug in ColorFade.java ...
but..in this case...what is happening? is the cpu draining battery ..? or what is it?
in ART usage... less resource(cpu) is used when a app is launched,,,battery must last longer than cm11 ,,,but in reality it is completely opposite...
what is the problem?
and even battery is draining faster in deep sleep mode also.....
this is a serious issue...
i just dont know but hope this get fixed soon

in a Sleeping time also batter reduce 25 to 30%. without using phone.
I am also facing the same problem in my Droid Razr M.,Battery drain very fast .i am on Android 5.0.2 ,Nighlty dated 20150408.Also charging time is more compared to Stock 4.2.2 ROM.Battery consumption is around 4.5 to 5.00 % in an hour if mobile is not used.Any fix for this.
for me its not like that..if i dont use phone(in ideal) even after 8 hours i have seen, there is 0 percent btry drainage..clean flash to see if it fix it

Everyone facing battery drainage issue. Try AICP( Android Ice Cold Project) its based on android 5.1.1 and its one heck of a ROM. You'll be amazed by its battery backup and performance.

Yes, I feel the same. I'm barely getting just around 5 hours SOT on normal usage without gaming.
I don't think its true in my case, just today i drained it to 5% and sot was 7.5 hrs which included pubg 2 hrs, world of tanks 30mins, utube 1.5 hrs and other normal usage like twitter, little skype about 45 mins. sorry i don't hav the screenshot to show
I get 8hrs of sot.. I tried every thing to get drain faster but it doesn't drain..

Terrible battery life - 4-5hrs Screen on time
I am getting a terrible battery life with normal usage with just 4-5hrs screen on time. Also tried factory reset.
I notice andriod and andriod systems are taking most of the juice so i think its some internal software issue and not my usage or mu apps.

I just bought the device 2 days and battery on MIUI10 can't even take for the whole day

yep! my phone's battery life has definitely reduced after updating to MIUI 10. Only noticeable if you're a heavy user.
Also, I've noticed now the phone doesn't charge with same speed, while playing PUBG side by.

I am on LiquidRemix (9.0) rom battery is better than Miui 9 which I was running before. I play you tube 10 mins it discharged 2%.
I think it would be hard to kill this phone on one day with LiquidRemix rom.

With more than 2 days? For me yes. I did 10h of SOT but not in 2 days.
Well not for 2 days, but for 2 days i make around 5:30-6 hours and Mi8 is with 3400mAh. So on Poco should be much better, like AT LEAST 7, 7:30 hours for 2 days.

We have found some framework issues and optimized in opent beta. However some 3rd party apps will cause to battery draining as well. It would be very helpful if POCO users could share us your log info for analysis.
