i installed build number PQ1A.190105.004 ViperOS-harpia-20190122-OFFICIAL without gapps and magisk. the reboot with sd as internal storage is still there. the link in the first post gives no newer version.

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Download the ROM and the GApps and place them on your SD Card/Internal Storage.

I'm using 0122 firmware. It works fine on Marshmallow. Cellular data is different, do you have correct APNs? If you have reception then it's not about firmware.

It is pure aosp. Plus before testing you should know that this ROM has broken data connection and NFC. I am working on fixing it

With tests, download the ROM and report all the bugs, if any, or that it has no bugs. And if various users say that it has no bugs, I will apply for official maintainership. With translations, PM me and I pass you all the strings to translate and when you send them back I upload them to Gerrit. Or if you want, you can upload them.

Nah, i have liked. not a lot of customization options. but its pretty fluid, I am really enjoying.
I found 2 bugs: Can't save image like photos or screenshots and there are no ringtones in media selector. I'm using XT1601

Could you specify a bit more? (Present in other ROM's, random bug or always happens and all you think that could help). And please also post the overall experience, not only the bugs.
And never mind. Two different cables that the phone doesn't like apparently but works with the tablet. Go figure :|

Please specify a bit more. Does this happens with other ROM's? It started as soon as you installed it? And please also report the overall performance
I think found 3 bugs.
1- When you block your phone number at the top of the top shows the name of your network, right? After blocked and click the power button to view hour or unlock your phone instead of showing the signal name is just show "no service", this may be a bug, operator is normal.
2- When you take a screenshot it takes a few seconds to be "loaded" you have to wait about 1 minute to share.
3- When you take a new picture or save any image (from facebook for example) it is necessary to restart your phone to update the gallery.
I hope you understand, other than that, I'm liking a lot of the ROM.

7 hours SOT without data, WiFi and just screen on..

QS setting is laggy for 1gb variant
i found some bugs, like a red thick, hopefully fixed, but over all its a good rom for viper, like 7.1.2 and power consumption is draining to fast..

Nice! I used to use CosmicOS on my old OnePlus X.
So far the ROM is really smooth, nice theme. Don't like the default camera, but whatever, that can be changed.
One thing I found that you might want to fix is, when you go into Settings / Galaxy / Buttons / Hardware Keys - here the only option is Backlight, which doesn't apply to this device. When you tap Backlight it opens the appropriate options screen.
EDIT: Also, under Settings / Display / Advanced / Switch Appearance - you've got "switch 1" through "switch 9" but they do nothing.
So far looks good other than that.

Love the feature to add equalizer pulse to ambient display. By far the most customizable ROM which I tested.
The only problem is that you have to create the APN in order to use internet on phone, this happened in my case.

Er, of *course* you have to configure your APN properly for your carrier data to work!?!?
