You are wrong sir, The device is soft rebooting while getting incoming or making an outgoing call, but you said only about system ui restart,

Sir, Flashing NGK LOS kernel resolved the Fingerprint issue in this rom, But as Havoc is a AOSP based ROM, NGK AOSP has bootloop issue, I flashed NGK LOS version, so there will be no Screen off gestures.
I hope this description may help you
