I tried to root my phone and forgot to flash Samsung anti root zip. When I was setting up my device, I got error "only official binaries are allowed to be installed " and so i flashed stock rom. Now camera app is not showing 4k UHD rear video option and is stuck at FHD. When I enable oem unlock, it prompts to rest data in order to get oem unlocked. I have tried 2 times by resetting data and it is still locked. What have I done to my phone.

i wipe all data , factory reset, and the camera is working again just fine.
case closed i think,
but i still like to know how did it happen~
and wish that it won't happen in your phone~

It seems that I have some options grey'd out. I am currently using a Pattern.
I had to delete my credential storage (had my pad setup to connect to work email and the policy didn't allow face unlock). Then all the options were available but I wouldn't do this if you have policies for Email or vpn and so on.
Thank you, that worked.

I ****ed up somewhere and when I restarted my phone it came up with the custom binary blocked byFRP lock error. It has been rooted by Magisk and I was using some sort of optimising app to supposedly help my phone. I am using Odin to try to reflash a stock rom I got from the SamFirm program I found on this forum. I downloaded the version for my SM-N950F (Note 8) Oero 8.0.0 phone and used the AP file to attempt to flash it to my phone. It gets stuck on this page:

What should I do to fix this?
I Got A Customization Text On The Upper Right Corner Of My Android Device, It'sMicromax Canvas 1, Mediatek, Running On Android 7.0, After Flashing Custom Recovery, I Installed Supersu THROUGH It, But Nothing Happened Then, But I've Got A Mobile Banking App Named bKask , That Doesn't Run On Rooted Device, So I Unrooted The Phone,Then Flashed Magix, It Worked For Hiding The 'su' From App, But Then I Got That Text
I Tried Unrooting The Device, But The Text Appares After 3-5 Minutes Booting The Phone,What Can I Do Now? Can Anybody Give Me A Solution For This?

You'll have to have 7 days of uptime for the OEM Unlock option to work again as the KG status is on checking.

Is this story about 7 days of uptime really working with our SM-A528B ??? ^^
Click to collapse
That is usually how you get the KG State back to normal on most Samsung phones.
