Any opinions for the new update? Buttons movement has not been fixed.

Yes, it does (the key mapping mod) and Amazmod works in any watch/firmware.

But you need to revert the mod to stock in order to update via OTA, otherwise you will have update error in recovery.

Yes, I can confirm this. The buttons movement is still the same as in 2.3.8
I couldn't spot anything else new apart the obvious new German language availability.

All the beginning of the graph is wrong, until about 110bpm wich is the real value. Seem that the Stratos need many time to stabilise an HRM read.

Same here.180 vs 140. It got corrected after 10 minutes.
You can send log from amazfit app
After update to 2.3.9 the first time that I try to exercise in trendmile nothing works as should. Restart watch doesn't help. Only after turn it off and back on start measure again my parameters. But ... Before the update the milestone has differents but only few hundreds meters every 5 to 6 km. This time I did 6 km and the watch measure only 2.8. but the worst part was that when I goes to Calibrate it I realized that didn't let me add more than 3.99 km. Suriously guys ? Why? You did fix this in previously updates? Why to change back something that you allready fix before???? Very very disappointed with Xiaomi programming team.
No steps counting after 2.3.9.0 update :/

I agree.. I measure the heart rate from the menu, it shows around 60; i turn on an activity and it shoots upto 90, without even moving my arm...
Moreover, the issue persists even in running mode. It crosses 195 bpm, I am 27 years old... I don't think this is possible.
I'm not getting install update...
Just get ERROR message.
I tried roll back functions button to stock but seems it doesn't work, so I setup an alarm and buttons got back.
After that tried install again but still didn't update!
Can someone help me?

Please go all and contact the developer team. It is impossible to swim now, since the touchscreen is too wet to navigate. Before was no problem to change your workout via buttons while in the water.
They have to revert it.

Hey, I have a smart watch Amazfit PACE. I downloaded the app "Notify & Fitness for Amazfit" (android) . I can not log in and sync the data and I only have data about connected apps. The phone is Xiaomi redmi note 3 (MTK). The Phone Alerts dialog does not synchronize steps and battery status of the Smart watch.

After deleting one application that is so requested from me ... (See screenshot).
Of course I click this OK and it takes Google Play to download the same application that I deleted before ...
Maybe because Pace is not fully supported right now...
I don't see the point using it for now.
I am unable to disable 'notification on missed call' -- no matter what I do. Whenever I get a call regardless of I pick up or not, i will get a notification again on the watch that keeps vibrating unless I 'ignore'. This is often while I'm in the call. I've can't get it disabled -- anyone else have this issue?
Guys, if only notification is supported, why Tasker plugin doesn't work? Actually this was one of reason I decided to buy this watches and it was quite unexpected surprise. Is there some GitHub or something, where I can contact author and report this bug?

What do you want to use notifications for? If Tasker works, it will use notifications from phone anyway...

yeah, that it is... Taskr DOESN'T work. If I set some rule and use plugin of N&FfA and I run it, it does just nothing. Even "test" notification during set up doesn't work at all. I would like to process some conditions and then, based on them show (or not show) notification on watches. Well, doesn't work on Stratos

Oh it started to work I add workout manually before started activity and it synced .
Connected program with my new stratos 3 sync all data yes it's ok except for my running activities never sync to n&f. Before this I used program with stratos and GTR has no problem at all. For Amazfit app with stratos 3 all things are synced well. Can you sync activities from stratos 3?
I've been looking into the Amazfit range of watches to replace my Pebble but I can't find any definite information on how these devices function at this time, could you fine people please fill me in?
Amazfit Bip
This device uses a closed source OS and has 40+ days battery life. It has notifications but as far as I know no canned replies and no music controls. Syncs with....? Works with Gadget Bridge.
Amazfit Pace
This is based on Android (version?), 5 days battery life and notifications. Only syncs with Strava? No information on music controls. APK's can be pushed to the watch but no further information available. Does not work with Gadget Bridge.
Amazfit Stratos
Newer version of the Pace but with 3 buttons and better water proofing. Other differences with the pace?
To answer your questions:
Bip
Correct on the OS and battery life, and indeed no canned replies (none of the Amazfit watches do). No music controls, but using third party phone apps you can use a combo of button presses to skip. Syncs with Mi Fit, which can then send data on to Google Fit.
Pace
Android 5.1, custom. No Android Wear. Yes on the battery life and notifications. Syncs with the Amazfit App, and Strava if you have the international model/flash the international ROM. With the Chinese firmware you can sync with Mi Fit/Google Fit as well as the Amazfit App, but NOT Strava. Music controls are provided as stock as a notification on the watch. I've also released a homescreen page that has dedicated controls too if you prefer that. APKs can indeed be installed, but compatibility is limited. This will help on the compatibility front, and it is slowly improving too
Stratos
Basically the same situation as the Pace, but it is bigger (and bulkier), has a few more sport options as well as better waterproofing. I believe it also has better heart rate tech?

Correct on the syncing, other than the fact that the international model does sync with the Amazfit app. You can switch between the two "models" after getting the watch, the only difference is the software, so just flash the firmware you want.
The watch has a notification drawer much like normal Android, but on the bottom not the top. The music notification is basically the same as you'd get on a phone:

My app adds a page to the homescreen (like a fullscreen widget), and looks like this:

Pace doesn't connect to Strava directly. It just syncs your workout to Strava account logged inside Amazfit App. On Strava hasn't Amazfit gadgets to connect, only other brands.

Well, I went & got me a PACE and you're right, the default music controls are.... shall we say.... insufficient? Can you tell me how to get your package & how to install it? (Or point me to the right faq )

This beta is for Pace
WOS 2.0 includes new watchface system, new sports, more graphs, but currently no VO2 features, body state or intervals.

Excluding the fact that you can not use the Amazfit 1 for swimming and reading the VO2, for the rest, the system is the same as the Stratos

The Stratos is offering the last 2 used sport activities to start with while the Pace has a fixed sport actitvites order.

Pace 1 also supports Football and Tennis, these screens are currently a first version "BETA" in the future you will see that it will become very similar to that of the Stratos. The software side operation remains the same, the only differences I have listed before.

Most easier way is to use this tool - https://apkinstaller.com/downloads/, very simple just connect watch and push on device (top), then just choose file and install it

I am sorry I do not have Verge and it is really pixel to pixel measured (at least Commander is), it took a lot of time to make it fit while testing so I can tell if I am not being able to test myself then no go.

I thought so when I was starting, but anything I moved on active dial did not move the same on splt, but how did I miss padding for all numbers below 10 I'll fix it

In fact I tried to install it into my Verge. There is distortion of size, but it just a some millimeters. It's not worst distortion at all. I don't know, you know this site or not https://amazfitwatchfaces.com, but they had (maybe have now too) in past tool which Stratos watch faces converted to Verge watch. Maybe it working only with .wfz I don't remember, but was possible to converted easily for Verge all Stratos watch faces. Just one thing - need to upload Stratos watch face to this site. It working today this method or it working (worked) only with .wfz file I don't know. Good luck in future works :good:

I would suggest to try making changes only in the array file and the positioning will be automatically taken care.
To keep the numbers at the same position you need to assign the align to center, however, slpt doesn't have a center positioning because strings/numbers are images. To fix that, you can "draw" your text at the center of a box and then move the whole box at the appropriate position. This along with the font ratio are automatically taken into account in the latest GreatFit sources.

Where did you find it? I already have a long screenshot on my 5 III on A12. Maybe it's an old changelog for A12 update?

searching "Sony 61.1.A.4.78" on google. Maybe they copied the old changelog even for this one. dunno.

This seems to be the original source. If I managed to translate correctly, one comment mentioned improved battery life. Looking forward to that, , the battery life on my 5 III is far from decent.
I got the update on my phone the only thing that seems to be changed is that it include the latest March security patch and I don't know if PS5 controller support was in android 12 from the beginning or not but now the controller paring menu has been changed and it now include PS5 controller as well.
The UI still doesn't has full android 12 theming support as well as the inconsistency in Xperia launcher and the annoying gap on the top right corner is still present.
PS does anyone know how to adjust the gap in the top right corner or disable the permission indicator all together?
I'm using XQ-BC72 version 61.1.A.2.211 but it doesn't have call recording

Call recording is not legal in various country from what i remember and latest privacy rules enforced this really hard, then maybe it was removed from some fw in various zones.

PS5 controller support has been there since the 1st Android 12 update.

The Google Photos app has received updates, but unfortunately it has not been resolved yet.
This release schedule is seriously pissing me off, why is the us customized the last release like a month later, FFS!
US model updates are running months behind. I'm starting to think that this phone has serious bugs and Sony would rather that this model fade from memory ASAP. Everyone complains that YouTube pauses and unpauses itself. Many phones rebooted constantly after enabling fingerprints with the original firmware. I don't think it ends there.
I'm getting weird touchscreen and fingerprint reader behavior in several apps. OsmAnd~ causes the phone to constantly unlock itself. The phone unlocks itself when the fingerprint reader is bumped at least twice a day. The lock screen is constantly getting stuck on despite all my efforts to adjust settings to keep it off. Video playback causes random screen touches. The quick settings tiles sometimes don't work or self-trigger if they're opened while the phone is locked. The screen wake, notification sound, LED flash, and the actual notification are so out of sync that I don't know what's going on. There's also the mystery of SA 5G being disabled for all US bands on the US model.
Overall the phone is a mess.
Someone who update to 61.1.A.4.78 can confirm that call recording available?
