Yes it is preinstalled.

Yeah but is a very simple plastic protector, i recommend to buy a glass protector if you buy the honor 10
I had to remove OEM protector due to scratch and installed glass. But fits very bad.
Is there a way to buy same OEM protective film? I just need to avoid scratches on screen.

get a hydrogel. difficult to install, but will not add any bulkiness to your phone.
The Honor 10 comes with a screen protector pre-installed, but does not come with any addition ones. I ended up removing the pre-installed one and using it without any protection. I did this strictly for close up shots in videos, but the pre-installed screen protector seemed perfectly fine to use otherwise.

This is a close-up shot of the screen protector before I removed it.
Everyone got a screen protector preinstalled right? Mine didn't come with any. Do you think it may be a refurbished version?

Is there any screen protector attached with the XPERIA RAY screen when it is shipped. I got one screen protector in the box along with other accessories (charger, USB cable, headset, manuals etc.) and the salesperson fixed it rightaway with my RAY. When I checked, I could see there are two coatings on top of the screen. Th protective covering, which comes with almost all mobile screens, was peeled off before applying the new screen protector. Still I could see two layers, which means there is a default screenguard, right?? I don't feel any problem with touch response or so, but feel, it will be better if I use only one screen guard...
My xperia mini didn't have any screen protector in place when I bought the phone. But in the box there was one.
It had one plastic in each side with a stick to pull. One said front and the other said back (or something like it). I pulled the back one and placed the screen protector on the screen. Using the small piece of plastic I removed all the bubbles and then I pulled the front stick.
It is something like this:

Yes, the Ray has a screen protector already on the screen when you get it new. It's very well applied and it's basically impossible to tell it's there, but you can remove it if you want. And yes, you get a spare one in the box.
bummer, so adding the spare one is a waste of time?

I figure its a shame to hide the white beauty in a case so I am opting to buy the Zagg Shield until I find a clear silicone case I like. Do not buy it full price from tmobile just get it from Invisible shield website itself at 50% off on Cyber Monday

Cyber Monday :http://www.zagg.com/j/promo/cyber-monday.php
I had ZAGG with iPhone 4 and the foil itself ways not as thin as I expected - generally piece of crap. Honestly I would prefer Phone Devil
Ouch OP, that's harsh.
I only have the screen portion covered because last time I had my dell venue pro with full protection films, the Dell logo on the back peeled off when I tried to change the films. It wasn't invisible shield but something very similar. HTC logo on the back of tha radar does look like it can be peeled off.
Yeah these things suck. I've had the Invisishield before and it ends up gumming up after a few months along the edge. Then if you go to remove it, your logo is taken with it.

This was exactly what I had! Plus dirt on the edges which looked awful.

Gorilla Glass seems to resist almost all but sand, dust scratches really nice . So the better you get a screen protector, i recommend Clear Nano Optics from SGP.
Greets
Please HIT. Thanks if i could help you!

It is more scratch resistant than glass that isn't Gorilla Glass. - It is not scratch resistant and can never claim to be in its current version (V.2 Gorilla Glass on S3 I think). Only diamonds are virtually scratch resistant (the only thing you can scratch a diamond with is another diamond).
Invest in a good screen protector such as the SGP one commented in the previous comment. You own a very expensive phone and should take steps to protect it.
Also users report that after applying a high quality screen protector such as an SGP one after getting scratches - the scratches visually disappear, plus you dont get no more.
Diamonds are scratch proof
The screen is scratch resistant,
Get a screen protector
Get a case as well.

yeah got like 10 cases and bought some dynoflo liquid screen protector and im gonna see how that works because i got nothing to lose.
My 2nd mod. Couldnt find a bumper that was super thin so I sorta just made my own. My main purpuse is to protect the sides. My screen already has tempered glass and the battery cover is great for grip and didn't want to cover it with a case.
Bought this from ebay. Its a dark smoke color but in the pictures it looks black.

Dremmeled out the center
Made the lines as straight as I can. And use an exacto to cut off the excess. And used a nail file to smooth the edges out as much as possible.
Final product. Not as smooth as I wanted but no time anymore for tonight.
Front with Tempered glass
I think I may buy another and make a trim around the camera to protect it when it's on its back. Just glue it on the battery cover so it's permanent.

Pretty impressive. I actually use a Super clear piece of Scotch tape to cover the lower portion of the flash area since that's all that touches. Works great and easily replaced.

Today i received 3d tempered glass from Poetic. Glass is not full adhesive but (for now) there is no problem with touch sensitive or with case. I install glass with case on to get better position of the glass. Glass was install at the night and leave thrue the night. This is not my first 3d glass (on s8 is first) and i was have problem with dust on the edges and inside of the glass after some time. This is my first Poetic glass and I hope that will be perfect as they cases. I will update my review in some time.

Thanks for the pictures. Let us know how the glass holds up. Also, don't put your phone in the same pocket as keys. Your case doesn't fully cover your phone, so you will get nicks on the edges.
For now all is fine.
i bought the "HOCO" made tempered glass and it is horrible paid 15 $$$
Im still looking for (i guess everyone else) a full adhesive glass protector for S8. Is there any proper quality product out there? I just saw some on ebay, but I cant trust them.
