I've done a search and all I find is information on text messages out of order. I am looking for a solution to send MMS messages in order.
I have a lot of screenshots I want to send but if I put them in one message they go out of order. Sometimes, if I just send two at a time, they also go out of order.
How do I fix it so they go in order?

It's the text messaging app itself I believe.

is there a way I can keep my outgoing text messages from going out in parts, just as one whole message, kind of annoying when I get them that way and my friends always hassle me about it because they dont always get the messages in the correct order lol

You can't send messages larger than 160 characters via SMS. You would need to send via MMS which is an option depending on what messaging application you are using.
The reason your messages are sending out of order is because Sprint is notoriously bad about that. I wonder if that works better with Google Voice?

Sorry if there was a thread of this, but I couldn't find an existing one. Anyways, I am able to send texts and receive them. But when I try texting this one contact, it ALWAYS says unable to send, yet I am able to receive texts from him. Does anyone know why its doing this and how to fix it? Thanks!
Check the contact card for the person to see if there is anything different in there compared to other contacts that do work (such as a default number that's not a mobile)
Are you replying to a received text or sending a new one from scratch ?
Does calling the person work ?
I tried to text him first a bunch of times, but all came out as "cannot send text". Then I told him to text me just to see it works/if I have the right number, I received a text from him. So I tried to reply back, still I get "cannot send text".
Sorry and what do you mean compare the contact card? I'm new to smartphones still.

delete the contact and add as new
make sure the number in saved as Mobile

Hey I tried googling to get an answer, but couldnt find anything concrete, so figured I'd ask the wise people here.
1) Pretty much everytime I get a MMS from an Iphone user, it shows as multiedia message, opposed to a snippet of the message when im in the main all messages area. Is there anyway to get this to show the actual message vs the "mutimedia message" text?
2) Currently running MeanBean, but is there anyway to see all recipients of a group message. Anytime a group message is sent, I can only reply back to the main sender, and not to the whole group. Other members of the group can send me message as part of the chain. At the moment appears that it's only ihpone people. I believe I read this is a draw-back of sense, but couldnt find any concrete info.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What app are you using? I use Handcent and the group messaging works fine once I corrected the settings. I also hear Go SMS works well too. I still don't get the sneak peak of the message from iphone users but everything else works.

I just swtiched to CM11 on my Nexus 5. In google hangouts the text messaging doesnt seem to be behaving the same now. Problem i am having is with group messages. I send text to 4 or 5 people at once but their responses all come back in separate messages to me. they look like they are just to me but it seems from responses that they are to everyone in group. It didnt do this before. If i sent messages to group, all their responses came back in the same message thread. if i had seperate message to someone it was in its own thread. please help because this is very annoying. there has to be a setting or something that got switched
I think using google hangouts its meant for that to happen if I am correct. If your sending a text it sends to individually but if you send a hangout messages thats a group message.

It definitely wasn't doing this before. Send a group message and it wouldn't seperate into individual messages. It absolutely shouldn't be sending me a message that looks like it's from one person and only going to me but actually is going to a group.

Anybody out there help me or see how this works in hangouts for them? I am 99% positive it didnt work this way before and it makes no sense for it to. Stupid if somebody can send me a group message and i think its just from them and only way to respond to everyone is create new message to all of them.

Bump. Having the same issue. Did you fix the problem?
Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can offer a suggestion for my problem. I have a Note 4 Global and my default messaging app (mysms) will not receive MMS's. It can send MMS's OK just cannot receive.
I've contacted the mysms support and they say it's a problem between my phone and the network. I find this hard to believe as the default messaging app, Textra, Mighty Text and Pulse all can receive MMS.
I want to keep mysms as my default message app as I like the way it syncs messages to my Tablet. Yes, I have tried many others but this is the most reliable. If it would just receive MMS's.
I did not have this issue using mysms on my Samsung S3, it has only happened since I started using the Note 4 so I'm thinking it might be a permissions thing.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

That setting is already checked.
Any other permissions settings?
